Let's begin.
If it's safe to do so,
Close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Relax your eyes.
Relax your ears.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders down and allow your belly to relax out.
Your pelvic floor relaxed and then relax some more.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Drawing your breath to your heart.
Raise your hand to your heart and bring to mind everyone who has loved you.
All the people who've shared your joy.
All the people who've celebrated your achievements as if they were their own.
All the people who have listened and cared for you deeply.
All the people who stood by your side through challenges and difficulties.
All the people who have supported you without judgment.
All the people who have helped you with no expectation of return.
All the people who love the things about you that you don't love yourself.
The people who believed in you even when you were unsure.
The people who dropped everything when you needed them.
The people who touched your heart in a loving,
Meaningful way.
The people who thought of you and made or gave you something special.
All the people who made and kept their promises.
Feel their love flowing through your body,
Filling you up.
Know that you matter.
All this love is evidence you are lovable and valuable.
You are one of a kind,
Deserving to be heard,
To be loved.
This love lives in our hearts,
Always available to us when we become still with attention to our breath,
Releasing their love into our whole being.
Such is the gift and power of love and kindness.
May this love fill your day and stay with you,
