Welcome to the Peace of Oneself Extended Meditation.

Begin by finding a soft,

Sacred place where you can simply be.

A cozy corner,

A quiet room,

A safe haven.

Let it embrace you.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And gently blow it out through your mouth.

Three more deep breaths.

Slow and full.

With each inhale,

Imagine yourself filling with peace.

With each exhale,

Let go of tension,

Thought,

And expectation.

Let the music guide you.

Let your breath lead you into a calm state of being.

Now feel your body growing heavier.

With every breath,

Move deeper into relaxation.

Let everything melt away.

Imagine you have just arrived here,

In this moment,

Right now.

You have no past.

You have no future.

There are no stories attached to your name.

No weight of mistakes.

No history of heartbreak.

No lessons and no burdens.

You are just here.

No one has judged you.

You have not been wronged,

Nor have you caused any harm yourself.

You are unmarked,

Untouched,

Unwritten.

You've just arrived.

You've never been bullied,

Never been silenced or squashed.

Never blamed,

Never lost.

You are pure.

You have no attachments,

No bills,

No deadlines.

No roles to play.

No job.

No weight,

No label.

You are not required to do anything in this very moment.

Absolutely nothing.

You are free.

Beautifully free.

How does that feel?

Strange?

Peaceful?

Maybe something else?

Breathe.

Low illness feeling.

Inhale,

Illness.

Exhale,

Negativity.

Let everything else melt into the background.

No need to chase a thought.

No need to fix a thing.

Just be.

You have just arrived.

And with you,

Only breath remains.

You know nothing.

And you have no desire to know anything.

There is nothing to seek.

Nothing to become.

Just be.

Be in this peace.

Let it rise and fall like your breath.

The thoughts try to creep in.

Kindly push them aside.

They don't exist here.

Only breath.

Feel the music wrap around you,

Like sunlight through a window.

Let it hold you.

Let it soften you.

Keep breathing.

Stay relaxed.

Let's go deeper now.

Imagine you're floating in an endless calm sea.

The water is soft like silk.

The sun is golden and warm on your skin.

You are fully supported.

Floating effortlessly.

The waves rock you in rhythm with each breath you take.

You are safe.

You are timeless.

You are infinite.

That peace is your origin.

That stillness is your sanctuary.

That love lives in every cell of your body.

Rest here.

Float in your freedom.

In your peace.

And let the world dissolve.

When you are ready,

And only when you are ready,

Slowly begin to bring yourself back into the room.

Keeping that feeling of freedom and peace with you.

Begin to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Gently roll your shoulders.

Invite movement back into the space.

Place your arms around yourself,

And give yourself a big hug.

A full,

Honest,

Loving embrace.

Whisper to yourself,

I am whole.

I am enough.

I am love.

And let that truth echo inside you,

Even after the music fades.

Take as much time as you need.

Rest in this peace of being.

This oneness.

Sacred return to self.

And remember,

You are deeply loved.

Namaste.
