Welcome to the piece of oneself meditation.

Get yourself into a comfortable position in a safe place.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and blow it gently out of your mouth.

Take three more deep breaths as you sink deeper into this relaxation while listening to the music,

Slowing your breath with each inhale.

Feel your body sink deeper.

Now imagine that you have just arrived here.

You have no past and you have no future.

You are just here in this moment.

And breathe.

You have not made any mistakes and any hard lessons or lost a loved one.

You have never been judged,

Never had your heart broken,

Nor have you committed any wrongdoing.

You just got here.

You have not been bullied,

Nor tormented,

Not blamed or squashed.

You are pure.

You have zero attachments to anything.

No job,

No mortgage,

No bills,

No desires or emotions.

You are not required to do anything in this very moment.

You are free.

You are completely free from everything.

How does that feel?

Does it feel strange?

Peaceful?

Maybe something else?

And breathe.

Float in this feeling for a moment without thinking about anything.

Just listen to your breath.

That is all you have to worry about right now.

Remember you have just arrived.

You know nothing and you have no desire to know anything.

Stay in this peace.

Keep breathing.

Any thoughts start to creep in,

Just push them aside.

Enjoy the sound of the music as you surround yourself in the pureness of now.

You are safe.

Just notice your breath.

Keep breathing and stay relaxed.

And only when you are ready.

Slowly begin to bring yourself back into the room.

Keeping that feeling of freedom with you.

Reach your arms around and give yourself a big hug.

Take as much time as you need in this peace of being.

And the oneness even after the music melts into the background.

Remember you are deeply loved.

Stay.

You
