And take a deep breath in,
Allowing the air to fill your lungs,
And slowly exhale,
Releasing any tension or tightness that you may be holding onto with each breath.
Feel your body surrendering to a state of deep relaxation,
And as you continue to breathe,
Visualize a soft,
Warm light enveloping your entire body.
This healing light is pure love and compassion.
This light radiating from the core of your being gently flows through every cell,
Muscle and fiber of your body,
Bringing relief and release.
Feel the warmth of the healing light as it moves through your body,
Starting at the top of your head,
Noticing how it tenderly caresses your scalp,
Melting away any stress or anxiety that may be present.
Allow this soothing loving light to cascade down your face,
Loosening the grip of tension in your jaw and temples.
Let this beautiful healing light flow down your neck and shoulders,
Washing away any heaviness or tightness.
Feel the gentle weight of your worries lifting as the light embraces your arms,
Flowing all the way down to your fingertips,
Bringing a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
Allow the light to continue its journey,
Moving down through your chest and abdomen,
Untangling any knots of anxiety and stress that you may be carrying.
With each breath,
Feel the light expanding,
Gently easing any tension in your back,
Releasing any knots that may have formed there.
Feel the soothing warmth of the healing light as it travels down your hips and thighs,
Relaxing every muscle along the way.
Let it flow down your legs,
Permeating your calves and shins,
All the way to your toes,
Noticing how the light dissolves any residual tightness,
Leaving you feeling weightless and at ease.
Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in the sensation of being held by this radiant healing light,
Cradling you with love,
Compassion,
And acceptance.
Let it bask in its gentle glow as it continues to nurture and heal every part of your being.
As you remain in this state of deep relaxation,
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
With each inhale,

Notice the new moon above you,
Illuminated by Earthshine and the brilliant light of the stars,
Casting a gentle light on the water's surface.
As you gaze at the powerful new moon,
Feel its energy enveloping you,
Offering a sense of renewal and healing.
Now,
Imagine a small rowboat waiting by the water's edge.
Step into the boat,
Feeling its stability beneath you.
This boat represents your journey towards self-love and healing.
With each gentle paddle,
You navigate the waters of your emotions,
Guided by the moon's nurturing energy.
As you row,
Visualize any negative thoughts and emotions that you have,
As dark clouds hovering above you.
These clouds could represent self-doubt,
Past regrets,
Anger,
Sadness,
And any burdens you carry.
With each stroke of the oar,
Watch as the moon's energy transforms these clouds into shimmering mist,
Dissipating them into the atmosphere.
And as the mist fades,
The air around you becomes lighter,
Clearer,
And more serene.
Feel the weight of negativity lifting from your shoulders,
Leaving you with a renewed sense of lightness and calm.
