Beautiful soul,

To another peaceful pause.

I am Lisa Watley,

Your guide for this brief moment today.

So now let's journey in.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to settle into a space of stillness.

It's time to take a gentle pause from the outside world and bring your awareness inward.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Feeling a wave of freedom enter your being,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension that may linger within you.

Simply let it go.

Feel your body softening as the world around you gently fades away.

Drifting now into the sanctuary within.

Let yourself sink deeper,

Drifting down,

Surrendering to this peaceful moment.

Now breathe in,

And as you release,

Feel a soothing calm wash over you,

Clearing a space within for pure stillness.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself settling into this moment,

Allowing all thoughts to fade away,

Focusing only on the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

And now,

As you continue to breathe,

Visualize a brilliant golden light above you.

This light is warm,

Radiant,

And full of joy.

With each breath,

This golden light begins to descend,

Slowly flowing into the crown of your head,

Filling you with its uplifting energy.

Feel it move through your mind,

Releasing any tension,

Replacing it with clarity and optimism.

As the light flows down through your chest,

It expands into your heart,

Opening you up to endless possibilities of happiness and abundance.

Feel gratitude blossom within you as this light continues to travel down your arms,

Your legs,

And all the way to the tips of your toes,

Anchoring you in the present moment.

Now take a moment to bask in this beautiful energy,

Knowing that today you are a magnet for joy,

Positivity,

And peace.

As you move through your day,

Happiness will find you.

You are open to receiving every smile,

Every moment of beauty,

Every opportunity for gratitude.

Take one more deep breath in,

Feeling the golden light pulsating through every cell of your body,
