Deeply inspirational and encouraging, Lisa. Thank you for taking the time to put this meditation together. Just the experience of visualizing Gaia encompassed by the light and love we can send in any and all moments is a source of power in these times when we feel surrounded, overwhelmed by fear. As you said, we are MORE than any of what the outside world may tell us. When we remember this truth and hold it again in our minds and hearts, we can shift to higher and higher levels and can accomplished so much more than we ever imagined.
It is wonderful to be reminded that we are not alone in this venture.
And all I have to do now is see myself sitting again on my star, surrounded by all the others on their stars...and I feel the love and Light in each and every one that is there.
Such compassion.

Wow i am moved to tears of joy and release..........

I use this weekly to help be a warrior for world peace the only way I know- spiritually. Each time my visualizations become more clear and sometimes I cry out of the beauty of being connected to so many others.
