Do shame and guilt prevent you from allowing painful past emotions, as well as negative energies, to be expressed through your body? Trauma is stored in the body and the mind. When we access the subconscious mind from a state of compassion, we find a divine bridge that allows healing to take place. Visit the healing magic garden, and allow your mind to release shame and guilt. This meditation has been created with alpha brainwave frequencies to allow for a gentle easing into a more healing state.

Please begin by making yourselves very,

Very comfortable.

This is your time.

This is sacred time that you have decided you are worthy of.

Meditation is a gift that you give to self.

It is a bridge that helps to connect you,

Your higher self,

From all lower selves,

Including your physical self and your ego self.

Your higher self has the ability to observe how you think and what you feel.

Meditation from a detached space does not judge you.

A higher self accepts your growth.

Higher self understands that you are here to heal and to move through lower states of consciousness for the sake of integration.

Please begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And again,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

One more time,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Take a moment now to place your right hand over your heart,

Connecting deeply with the idea that within you is an innocent,

Divine,

Inner being that loves you,

Adores you,

Understands you,

Forgives you,

Has compassion for you.

Feel your heart connect deeply with this part of you,

The divine part of you.

Imagine now that you are at the top of a long staircase.

It is a golden staircase.

The handrails are made of solid gold.

The entire staircase is made of solid gold.

Imagine now feeling very calm,

Very peaceful.

Relax your shoulders.

Allow them to sink.

Relax your lower back.

Relax your legs.

Relax your calves.

Relax your arms.

Relax your fingertips.

As you look and stare at this golden staircase,

You notice 20 steps.

You are in a relaxed state.

You feel calm.

You feel serene.

You feel content.

As you descend the staircase,

You fall deeper and deeper and deeper into the subconscious mind.

Imagine now counting down from 20,

Going deeper now,

Almost at the bottom of the staircase,

You are now standing at the bottom of the staircase.

Before you lies a black and white large checker floor.

Over to your right is a large hand-carved wooden door.

The carving is deep.

It depicts a magic garden.

You notice peacocks,

Flamingos,

A giraffe,

Horses,

Large trees.

The carving is of a magic garden and these doors open to a beautiful magic garden.

You can feel anticipation.

You place both hands on the door and you are immediately struck by the calming energy,

The soothing energy that you feel through the door.

Push the doors open and enter the magic garden.

To your left,

Notice a dazzling pool surrounded by crystals,

Large crystals.

You even notice a lounge chair made of quartz crystal.

The sun is high in the sky.

The air is warm but not uncomfortable.

It's perfect.

The trees are high and you can hear a family of birds chirping.

You look around and you notice an owl sitting in another tree.

To the right,

You notice peacocks,

Their feathers dazzling in the sun.

You notice horses grazing off into the distance.

As far as your eye can see,

You see various animals,

Peaceful and in harmony.

Right in front of you is a large weeping willow tree,

Inviting you to sit and stay for a while.

Right in front of you is a patch of grass,

Inviting you to sit and stay.

You know intuitively you are meant to sit by this tree.

You walk towards this tree and you are bathed in the sounds of the magic forest,

The magic garden,

The sounds of birds,

The sight of animals getting along,

The dazzling colors of the peacock,

The wise owl,

All there inviting you into this magic garden.

You sit and you relax.

Finally you know you've got healing to do.

After all the work you've done,

There is still this sense of shame.

You have come to heal this shame,

To release this shame.

You have come to face any denial that has kept you from releasing this shame.

You have come to absorb the energy of self-compassion.

You have come to absorb the energy of self-forgiveness.

As you look about you,

You notice that this garden is balanced.

There are animals of every kind,

All getting along.

Way over to the far left of the garden,

You notice a lion walking beside a gazelle.

The lion is no longer hungry.

The gazelle has nothing to run from.

The lion has been satiated from within.

There is no more hunger.

And in the gazelle,

There is no more fear.

It strikes you as you look upon this divine relationship,

This lack of fear,

This faith and trust,

This acceptance,

This integration,

This balance.

And you realize that you don't have to carry shame.

You look around at the ground beneath you and you intuitively understand there is something special about this grass.

This grass is not like the grass found in the rest of this garden that looks very much like a forest.

This ground beneath you has the ability to absorb the shame that you've been carrying,

All of it,

All of your fear,

All of your anxiety.

The only requirement is that you open up so the cells of your body can release the energy of she.

Everything that happened to you when you were a child that was uncomfortable,

Caused pain,

And or was too difficult for you to process,

Nothing that traumatized you is your fault.

All children take the blame for what happens in their childhood homes.

All children assume it is their fault.

They are not able to acquire love,

Contentment,

Peace,

And a sense of belonging.

It is time to rectify this conflict.

It is time to acknowledge cognitively nothing was your fault.

It is time to open up and allow this magical place to help you find integration and balance.

It is time to tame the lion.

It is time to stop running.

It is time for harmony and peace within your being.

The magic garden is a healing place,

A place where you come to remember who you really are.

You are not anything that has happened to you.

You are not any of the words ever spoken to you.

You are not anything that people who live below the veil of consciousness have suggested you are.

You are not who your inner critic has told you you are.

You are not your childhood programming.

You are not the frightened,

Fragile narrative of the wounded inner child.

You minus all painful external experiences are divine being,

An extension of source,

Who has come here to live abundantly.

To connect with source and to allow the expansion of source to change your life,

You must accept this new reality.

You at the same time must accept what you cannot change.

You must be willing to release the energy associated with painful past experiences.

You must stop seeking the validation of others.

You must believe deeply in the reality,

In something greater than yourself.

It is time to allow your body to release toxic energy,

To release your shame,

And to release pain.

It is time to allow the earth beneath you to draw from you and absorb from you any feelings,

Emotions,

Harsh narratives,

Negative self-talk.

It is time to release and let go.

Take a moment now and imagine feeling any negative emotions,

Any faulty subconscious beliefs leaving your body.

Imagine feeling more peaceful,

More content,

More okay,

More confident,

More secure.

Know that with this type of healing,

Sometimes relationships change.

Accept what comes,

Anchored in the knowing that you are enough and in some cases it is time to outgrow what no longer serves you and what has only pained you.

This is a magic garden and it is here you leave what no longer serves you.

It is time to leave the magic garden.

Gently stand up,

Thank the magic garden for its healing energy.

Bid farewell to the animals in the garden.

Smile and say thank you for their energy.

Make your way towards the large wood doors.

Open the doors.

Close doors behind you.

Move towards the golden staircase once again and we shall ascend now and come back to the 3D world.
