Do you once,

Please begin by making yourselves very very comfortable.

This is your time.

This is your sacred time.

This is the time that you take out of your day that allows you to connect with the divine self.

The aspect of self that so many of us forget.

This meditation has been created to help you connect to the heart chakra.

Please begin by taking a slow,

Gentle,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Holding it for a count of three and then releasing it gently through the mouth.

Please ask your mind to relax the muscles of your face,

Specifically the muscles around your eyes and your mouth.

Observe how your facial muscles respond to this gentle command.

This is the power,

A focused,

Relaxed mind.

Ask the muscles of your back to relax.

Ask the muscles of your legs to relax.

Feel your hands relax and soften.

Observe for a moment the way your body responds to gentle,

Focused direction.

A calm mind has the ability to make commands and the body will respond.

Notice and observe the way your body responds to your gentle command.

You have the power to flow your focus.

You have the ability to focus on what you wish to focus on.

In a world that is so busy around us,

In a world that is so full of distractions,

It is easy to forget our center,

Our heart.

In a world that is so full of attachments to things,

To people,

To ideas and beliefs,

It is easy to forget the heart,

The center of who we really are.

In relationships that are codependent and stuck,

Full of wounds,

Attachments and reactivity,

It is easy to forget the heart space.

It is important that we learn to take time out of our days to confront attachments and beliefs that can sometimes keep us stuck and focused on ideas that pull us away from that divine heart space.

Dear one,

It is not your fault if your mind is busy with faulty ideas.

The world is full of distractions.

Our systems are full of distractions.

Relationships can be full of distractions.

The mind can be full of distractions.

And we remember to take time out of our day to connect to the heart,

The center of our being.

It allows us to gently release our mental attachments to ideas and beliefs that keep us stuck.

For the remainder of this meditation,

I ask you to suspend all beliefs.

Imagine floating in a bubble of liquid gold.

Imagine you are submerged in liquid gold,

Energy that is being transfused into every cell of your body.

Imagine letting go of every belief that you have about yourself,

About others.

Imagine letting go of every belief you have about God,

Religion,

Races,

Colors.

Imagine releasing every belief you have about success,

Prestige,

Beauty,

Worth,

Poverty,

Wealth.

Imagine just being.

Imagine your heart beating for the purpose of simply keeping you alive.

Imagine an unencumbered heart.

Imagine your heart feeling enough.

Imagine your heart never having to measure up to any standard or belief set by you or some external influence.

Imagine your heart feeling good enough.

Imagine looking in the mirror and talking to your heart and telling your heart,

You are enough.

Imagine living in a world where you changed the message that you sent your divine heart.

Please tell your heart you are sorry for any time,

You unconsciously or consciously.

Allow your heart to feel not good enough.

Know that it is not your fault if you have felt not good enough.

Almost often when we were children,

Our hearts were wounded.

In childhood,

Many of us were brainwashed and programmed to believe that who we were was not good enough.

Children naturally identify with their feelings and with their heart.

And when children experience indifference,

Rejection,

Abandonment,

Abuse of any kind,

It is the heart,

The heart space that becomes wounded.

Eventually these wounds become ideas and as children grow and develop language and learn the meanings of words like bad,

The feelings of unworthiness become coupled to words like bad.

This language we use to identify sadness and grief as children become impressions of what we feel about the self.

Many of us who do not feel good enough have never felt good enough.

The impressions that we received from our environments become templates on the landscape of the unconscious mind.

In our unawareness,

In our distractions,

We are unaware of the programs that are running in the background of our minds.

We fail to recognize the ideas and the beliefs that are running our lives and attempts to heal the wound I am not enough may seek external circumstances and situations to help us feel enough.

We are enough.

Please place both hands on the center of your chest.

Feel your heart beating.

Feel the rhythm of this divine organ desperately trying to keep you alive.

Feel your heart wishing your mind to see it,

To feel it,

To honor it.

Feel your heart space grow in appreciation for the time you have deliberately chosen to heal the I am not enough wound of your heart space.

Feel the joy welling up within your heart space.

Feel the life force in your heart space.

Feel the healing power of an integrated body and mind.

Know that the power to heal your heart space is within you and has been within you all along.

How well the body and the mind can communicate when a channel is opened.

The power to heal is found in the silence,

In the stillness,

In oneness.

It is time to change the way we speak to our heart.

Every thought we think the heart feels,

Every criticism of ourselves and others is like a nail being plunged into the heart space.

When we criticize ourselves,

We injure our heart space.

When we criticize others,

We injure our heart space.

The heart is the organ of love.

We must choose to speak the language of love and light internally and externally.

It is not awful that our heart has been wounded and that deep within the subconscious mind we have learned to speak to ourselves in similar ways to the ways we were spoken to as children.

But we are no longer powerless.

We are no longer children.

And we must learn how to control our focus.

We must learn how to honor and our heart space.

We must learn how to master the mind.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel life force.

Acknowledge the divinity that flows through every cell of your body.

Ask your heart to please forgive any moment of unawareness and disconnect from the divine heart space.

Feel how your heart naturally forgives and wishes only to let go.

Imagine now any negative energy that has been added to this heart space by people you've loved and trusted being released.

Feel your heart open.

Feel it grow.

Feel the energy within your heart space expand.

Allow tears to come if they come.

Releasing toxic hold and energy from your body.

Exhale and upon exhale gently utter the words thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Your heart is an organ that is always willing to forgive.

It is the mind and the mind's attachments to the idea that letting go is giving up.

It is the mind and its attachments to right and wrong,

Black and white.

It is the mind's attachments to beliefs that make free will impossible.

Imagine micro gold energy healing you,

Integrating you on every level of your body.

Feel the heart and the mind become one.

Feel how the heart in its original state at conception,

At birth,

Was pure love and light,

Unattached.

Remember the mind of the newborn had no beliefs,

No attachments.

The only need was to be loved and to love.

The only belief anyone needs is a belief in self and in humanity.

Imagine a world full of people who knew they were enough,

Who were unattached to ideas,

Separation,

And instead whose minds and hearts were grounded in the idea that every human being was enough.

You are enough.

I am enough.

You are enough.

Everyone is enough.

It is time to acknowledge your heart's peace and to remember that your heart is enough.

Let go of judging the heart's peace.

Honor your heart's peace.

For those of you who wish to stay in this relaxed,

Deep,

Meditative state,

You may do so.

For those of you who wish to awaken,

You may do so.

Counting up.

One,

Become aware of the noise in the room.

Two,

Wiggle your toes.

Three,

Stretch your hands.

Four,

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Five,

Open your eyes and exhale.

And remember,

You are enough.

Namaste.
