Pause & Breathe

This short guided breathing practice supports us to take a centering breath to come home to the body breathing. A slightly deeper in breath and a slightly longer out breath, then back to natural breathing. A lovely practice to support a moment to pause and breathe, supporting presence and grounding in the body. This practice can be very soothing when we feel stressed or worried.
