Welcome to this guided visualisation of letting things go and releasing any negative thoughts or limiting beliefs that you no longer wish to carry.

And you deserve to let these go.

Take a moment to get yourself comfortable.

You can be seated or laying down.

This is completely your choice.

This is your meditation.

Bringing your attention to your breath,

How your breath feels in your body,

The natural rise and fall of the natural breath in your belly and your chest.

And to slow down the breath by focusing on our body.

And this moment,

This is your time.

I invite you to close down your eyes knowing that it's completely safe.

You are safe.

Just take a moment to breathe.

Breathe from your tummy area into your chest.

You are safe.

You are supported.

Settling into your body and taking a moment to be at complete ease.

Allowing yourself to be in this moment,

Relaxing and melting deeper into the ground beneath you.

Giving yourself full permission to relax completely.

Take a moment to breathe.

Reminding yourself that you have nowhere to be and nothing to think.

You are completely safe.

Take a moment to breathe.

Relaxing your body further into this meditation.

Softening the shoulders away from your ears and sinking and melting further.

Just letting go of any stresses,

Any tightness in your body.

Relaxing every muscle.

Letting go of any tension.

Just take a moment to scan your body,

To see and to feel any tension that you may be holding.

And taking a moment to breathe into this area.

And just letting go.

Now,

I invite you to envision that you are standing on a pavement in your mind's eye.

This pavement can be familiar or it can be a complete new space.

This pavement is a straight pavement that runs between two fields.

There is grass and trees all around you.

Thick green grass.

Tall thick green trees full of colour.

You are alone but you are completely safe and supported.

The sun is shining down on you.

You can feel the heat of the sun beaming into your heart,

Filling you with love.

Have a look around you.

See the colours.

What can you smell?

What can you see?

Can you hear the birds?

What are you wearing?

How do you feel?

Let's begin walking.

As you start walking,

You look up at the beautiful blue sky.

There's not many clouds but there is a view floating about.

I'd like you to envision these clouds that you can see like passing thoughts.

No need to attach or judge any thoughts in this moment.

Just let them drift by.

You are completely safe.

As you continue to walk,

Just looking around you at the beautiful scenery.

As you continue to walk,

You notice that you are carrying a backpack.

And in this backpack,

You have your keys and you have a drink.

There's nothing else in this bag.

You have no phone.

Nobody needs to contact you.

This is your time.

No external noises.

No external information that you need at this time.

As you continue to walk,

You notice that the bag starts to feel heavy and heavy.

You're wondering why all of a sudden it's feeling heavy.

The bag starts tugging at your shoulders,

Starting to feel uncomfortable.

The tension in your back is increasing.

It's taking a lot of strength to keep hold of this bag.

And you notice that the clouds and the sky are starting to get fuller and starting to cover the beautiful blue sky.

And you're questioning,

Why is this bag so heavy?

You look up ahead at the top of the pavement,

You see a chair.

Just a single chair on its own.

Nobody around.

You're eager to get to the chair so you can take the bag off and have a seat.

As you arrive at the chair,

You slide the bag off of your shoulders and place it down in front of the chair and you take a seat,

Releasing a heavy sigh.

You've finally got this bag off,

Noticing that the air feels cooler,

The blue sky has disappeared.

And again,

You're questioning why the bag suddenly got so heavy.

But in this bag,

This bag is full of all your negative thoughts and your limiting beliefs.

Just take a moment to breathe.

I invite you to unzip the bag.

To be a witness of all the negative thoughts and limiting beliefs in this bag.

As you unzip,

You see all different items.

These are all your limiting beliefs and negative thoughts.

They're all different shapes and sizes,

All very heavy items.

All different colours,

Dark colours.

This is your time to start shedding some of these thoughts that no longer serve you,

That are holding you down,

That are holding you back to be your fullest best self.

I invite you to reach down into the bag and remove an item,

A thought or limiting belief that is holding you back.

And as you reach down,

You're wiggling.

It's a struggle.

It's a struggle to pick up an item.

It's an awkward shape that you managed to grip on and it's taken all of your strength to pick up this item.

And place it down next to the chair beside you.

Looking down at this thought or limiting belief.

You sigh a heavy sigh,

A relief that it's taken out of the bag,

Taken out of your heart space and out of your mind.

You thank it.

You thank it for keeping you safe at the time.

But this no longer serves you.

It's time to let go.

Take a moment to return back to the bag and remove another item.

And again,

It's a struggle to get it out of the bag.

Wiggling and you're tugging.

Again,

You eventually pick up this item and you place it next to the chair.

And again,

You have gratitude for this item.

You thank this item for keeping you safe,

For keeping you protected.

But this item no longer serves you.

This thought or limiting belief has been holding you back.

This is your time to shed.

This is your time.

And you are starting to feel the ease within your body.

You can feel the weight shifting.

It's releasing.

Just take a moment to return to the bag.

And to see if there's anything else that you would like to remove,

That you would like to release.

When you feel ready,

I invite you to zip up the bag again.

To close the zip.

Feeling content in your body.

Just taking a moment to release anything that's been holding you back.

This could be a limiting belief of not feeling worthy enough.

Because you are worthy.

Or not feeling loved enough because you are lovable.

You are so full of love.

Lots of people around you love you.

The universe loves you.

Mother Earth.

This could be a thought of not being good enough.

Letting this go.

You are good enough.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

And you have enough.

Taking a moment to look back down at the bag.

You notice that there's another zip.

I invite you to open the zip at the front of the bag.

And as you open,

You look down and it's a beautiful white healing light shining back up at you.

This light is everything that you need and everything that you are.

Reach down and pick up this light within your hands.

And as you hold on to this light,

Pull it closer to your heart space and place your hands over your heart.

And allowing this light to flow through your body.

To flow through your veins.

All around.

This is your healing light.

This light is for you.

This light is you.

Feeling this light circulate your body from the crown of your head.

All the way down the back of your head,

Down your spine,

Down the back part of all of your body.

Down to your feet.

And back round with the front of your body,

Up the front of your legs,

Your thighs.

Through all of your chakras.

And back up to your crown.

Filling you with light and love.

Take a moment to breathe.

Returning your hands to your heart space.

And being grateful for this moment,

Being grateful for you.

I appreciate you and I support you and love you.

You have so many wonderful gifts.

And as you look up,

You notice that the clouds are drifting and the beautiful blue sky has come back.

The sun is shining,

Beaming down on you.

This is your time.

When you feel ready,

I invite you to pick the bag up and place it on your back.

Noticing how light the bag is.

Looking down at all your items beside the chair of your limiting beliefs and negative thoughts.

Again,

We say thank you for keeping us safe,

But you no longer serve us.

I invite you to start walking back up the pavement that we've just come down.

And as you walk,

I invite you to place the biggest smile on your face.

I can see you smile.

Can you see mine?

Can you feel mine?

We smile together.

Knowing that you are supported and loved.

And as you walk in,

You just feel the lightness within your body and being grateful for this moment.

You can hear the birds around you.

Being incredibly grateful for this moment.

I am grateful for you.

As this visualisation comes to an end.

You are feeling full of love.

And full of energy.

Knowing that you are powerful and you are strong.

And you are capable of anything your heart desires.

And anytime the world seems heavy.

You know that you can come back to this space and remove any items from your bag.

You have the power.

Taking a moment to remind yourself that you are love.

That you are full of love.

You are beautiful inside and out.

You are strong.

You are abundant.

I welcome you to start bringing your attention back to the room.

Bringing your focus to any noises that you can hear within the room.

Any external noises outside of your home.

You may hear the birds.

You may hear the birds in this video.

Start wiggling your toes and your fingers.

And bringing your focus back into your body and into the room.

When you feel ready,

Just take a big stretch.

The biggest stretch.

And open your eyes.

Looking around and being grateful for this moment and for yourself.

As this meditation draws to an end.

I would like to say thank you to you for giving yourself this moment that you deserve.
