This meditation has been created to help you gain control over the strong negative thoughts and emotions.

Take a moment now to willfully relax your body.

Notice how,

With your mind attuned to my voice,

There is less mental chatter in the mental field.

This is the power of focus and awareness.

Left to its own defenses,

Without a conscious activation of higher consciousness and awareness,

The average human mind that has not been trained to focus will default to strong negative emotions.

This does not imply that the mind is broken or the being is broken.

This is a reflection of a creative process designed to help keep humans alive.

Living in survival implies that one is in a state of hypervigilance,

Forever on the lookout for the next attack or the next meal.

Those of us who have been raised in homes that were unpredictable,

Those who have grown up feeling unsafe,

Have brains that are locked in a trauma response.

This is not our fault.

When external circumstances cause the impressionable brain and mind of an innocent child into forcing to choose survival over thriving,

This is a natural,

Default survival response.

The one seeking healing must understand,

Must love,

Must forgive,

Must accept and surrender to the brain's neurological consequences of trauma in order to heal sufficiently.

Forgive your brain,

Forgive your mind.

They are but reflections of the consequences of growing up feeling abandoned,

Rejected and unsafe.

Strong negative emotions are the effect.

External circumstances,

You or paralystic control,

Are the cause.

You are innocent.

It is time to take better control over the mental mind.

It is time to embrace the emotional body.

It is time to nudge the judge and to refuse to judge the body's response to memories,

To trauma,

To wayward thinking,

To obsessive thinking.

It is time to just become more aware of the power of your mind.

This is the perfect day to begin expanding your awareness into the wholeness of the authentic self.

You,

Dear one,

Are not a grasshopper.

You are a giant,

However,

Your subconscious and conscious mind might need some reassurance.

It is time to understand that strong negative emotions,

Fear,

Loving others more than they can love you,

People pleasing,

Enabling,

Smothering,

Mothering,

Hypervigilance,

Feeling forgotten,

Seeking approval,

Feeling easily offended by others,

Are reactions to the fear of abandonment.

Although the fear of abandonment and reactions are most often subconscious,

Elevating our consciousness is a way to process the wounds of the inner child more fully.

I would like you to imagine that every cell in your body at this moment is more space than solid matter.

Every cell of your body is 99.

9% space.

Why should this matter to you,

Dear one?

Why should you step out of the cyclical aspect of the mind?

Why should you step out of the loops of negative thinking?

Why should you consider that every atom of you is more space than solid matter?

As you contemplate yourself as more of an energy being,

You can then begin to expand that thought.

Every cell in your brain,

Every eye cell,

Every cell of your skull,

And every bone in your body,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Mouth,

Tongue,

Esophagus,

Stomach,

Call bladder,

Liver,

Pancreas,

Kidneys,

Lung,

Heart,

Arteries,

Veins,

Intestines,

Reproductive organs,

Your limbs,

Your hands and feet,

And every joint in your body is more space than matter.

Take a moment to truly ponder this fact.

Will the expansiveness occur within your body with this new understanding of your body?

Your body is 99.

9% space.

In contemplating your body as space,

Go deeper now and consider your thoughts.

Consider your feelings.

Consider your beliefs.

How much space do you believe exists within your thoughts,

Your beliefs,

And emotions?

Can you,

In this moment,

Imagine that your thoughts,

And your emotions,

And beliefs are non-physical,

Purely energy?

Can you imagine the power of your conscious mind deliberately,

Through free will,

Choosing to think thoughts of your own choosing,

Of your own ability to deliberately create thoughts of your choosing?

Imagine,

If you will,

Waking up every morning and slowing down your thoughts.

Practice with me now,

Finding the space between your thoughts.

Imagine the space between every thought,

In every feeling,

In a sentence that flows through.

Imagine interrupting the neurological firing that occurs within the brain as you learn to slow down your thoughts.

With the slowing down of your thoughts,

It is as if you are learning to master and ride a wild stallion.

The mind wishes to follow the path most traveled.

Without a conscious observer,

The mind is like a yacht without a captain,

Bobbing in the ocean of emotion.

And through deliberate intention,

You can learn to become a master of consciousness.

You can master strong negative emotion,

Simply by learning to find the space between your thoughts.

Finding the space between your thoughts will calm your entire nervous system.

As you progress in time,

You will be able to decide what thoughts to think as you replace strong negative emotions.

You have the power to become a force greater than the past.

This force is within you.

It may have been obscured,

It may have been eclipsed,

However,

Every human has the ability to master their mind.

Social media,

So-called news,

Family drama,

Toxic people,

Codependent relationships,

Addictions,

Poor self-care,

Over-drinking,

Over-stimulation.

These contribute to the clouding of one's ability to master their mind.

Anyone can live an extraordinary life,

But for the one who takes the time to do the extraordinary,

Their life will unfold in a more positive,

Meaningful,

Purposeful,

Abundant way.

Know that you are enough,

And that the consciousness within you has been but waiting patiently for you to awaken.

It matters not your age.

It matters not your gender.

It matters not where you have been or where you are now.

It only matters that you begin.
