We live in a world that's constantly buzzing.
Notifications,
To-do lists,
The endless hum of what's next.
But in all that noise,
There's a space of quiet within you.
A place of stillness that doesn't need to be earned,
Chased,
Or fixed.
Only remembered.
This meditation is an invitation to rest in that stillness.
To let go of the need to fill every moment and simply be.
In silence.
In presence.
In peace.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to soften in the quiet.
With your eyes closed,
Take another deep breath in.
And a slow and steady breath out.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw soften.
Let your body melt into this moment.
Now begin to listen.
Not for anything in particular,
Just notice.
Notice the quiet within you.
The space between your thoughts.
The rise and fall of your breath.
There is nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.
Just this stillness.
Just you and your breath.
If your mind wanders,
Gently guide your attention back to the quiet.
Back to this inhale.
And this exhale.
Let this stillness hold you.
Let it restore you.
Now imagine this quiet as a soft light within you.
A glow of calm deep in your chest.
With each breath,
Feel it expand,
Spreading throughout your body.
Warming your heart.
Filling every part of you with peace.
This quiet is not separate from you.
It is you.
It is always here waiting for you to return.
No matter what happens outside of you,
This stillness within remains untouched.
Always present.
Always yours.
Take one more moment here just to follow your breath in this stillness.
Feeling that quiet and that warm glow within you.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in.
And a full breath out.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
And slowly,
Gently bring yourself back to the space around you.
Carry this quiet with you.
It is always here.
It is always within.
