Let's find ourselves in a comfortable position.
That could be laying down or sitting up in your favorite chair,
Wherever that may be.
Now take a long,
Slow inhale through your nose and on the exhale,
Close your eyes.
Let's begin by letting go of anything that's happened before this meditation and anything that's going to happen after.
Right now,
All we need to do is be here in this present moment.
Take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Following the air down into your lungs,
Into your belly,
And then exhale,
Following it back out.
Let's repeat that one more time in through your nose,
Following it down into your belly,
And on the exhale,
Let that go.
Now continue to breathe naturally,
Following your breath in and out,
Just noticing it now,
The rise and fall of your belly,
Beating of your heart,
Listening to your body's natural rhythm,
Finding peace and stillness,
Just by noticing your breath and paying attention to the inhale and the exhale.
Feel your body relax.
In life,
There are times we can overcomplicate things,
But when we let go,
That is where the magic happens.
So today,
We are going to concentrate on letting go,
Continuing to breathe in and out of your nose,
Slow and steady.
Silently repeat,
Life can be simple,
Life can be easy.
Breathe that in and breathe that out.
Trust that all you need to know at any moment will be revealed to you.
Now silently repeat,
I trust in myself.
I trust in myself to let go and receive.
I am letting go in order to receive.
I trust in myself.
Life is simple.
Good things flow to me easily.
I trust that I am on the right path.
I deserve all the good things in my life.
I deserve all the good things coming my way.
I trust in myself.
I let go and receive,
Go and receive.
I accept that now.
Life can be simple.
Life can be easy.
Life can be easy and I trust that all I need to know at any moment will be revealed to me.
Now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your belly and out through your mouth.
Slowly bring yourself back to the room and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Thank you for meditating with me.
