Hello beautiful being and welcome into this beautiful space where we are going to use love magic to clear anxiety.
So relax where you are,
Have a drink of water if you haven't had one for a while,
You can be sitting or lying,
You can even be moving around if you wish,
If you have things to do while you're meditating.
There are no rules.
Now a brain file clearing is all about taking files that your brain has been holding in the current place and using to track your world.
So what we'll do to begin this journey with you here in this meditation is clear some of these immediate files to allow flow and alignment.
Take a big in-breath as you are here,
Big in-breath and just let it very gently leak out.
Another big in-breath,
Slowly let all the air leak out.
Feel yourself relaxing into your seat,
Into where you're lying,
Into your day and now allow yourself to travel up into your mindscape,
Into your mindscape,
Your sacred space.
See yourself relaxed up here in your mindscape,
That space behind your eyes.
I call it imagineer land.
If you are a person who envisages things in meditations you will find this just flowing easily but if you think you find it hard to see a guided meditation please just relax and hold the intention just to listen to my words and allow it to flow and know that it will work for you.
Inside this beautiful space if you look over to your left ask your brain to show it to you,
Ask your brain to show and come and see you and as your brain lets you see it just let it know we're not doing anything to make life hard for it,
We're not going to do anything scary,
We're just going to help it with the burden of all its work and see your brain relax with that and now lift your eyes inside this space,
Lift your eyes up and over to the right and you'll see an arc appear linking the left to the right.
The arc may be a rainbow,
It may just be an arc and over on the right you'll see container filled with love.
That's the container that neutralizes files,
Refreshes them,
Updates them,
Archives them.
Now to begin our brain file journey come back to your brain and ask your brain if it will find for you the files on all daily stresses,
Daily stresses that your brain has the files on.
See or feel these files coming towards you and then allow them to float up and over that arc,
Up and over to land in the love pile where they're neutralized,
Refreshed,
Absorbed.
You'll begin to feel more relaxed with this now.
Come back over,
Come back over to your brain and ask it if it's got some files on the stress from work or the stress from business,
Just stressy things that are around work and business.
Feel the files being gathered by your brain and just see them as they come,
Float up and over the arc to land on the right in the love pile to be sorted,
Neutralized,
Refreshed.
Now coming back to your brain,
Ask your brain to find the files that it's got right now on overwhelm and anxiety,
Overwhelm and anxiety and let's lift all of those files up and over the arc and let them land over in the love pile to be loved up and neutralized.
Now come back to your brain and ask if it has any files that it would like to be neutralized or refreshed in this moment and when your brain shows you those files,
See them once again going up and over the arc and landing over in the love pile.
Sit with the music for a little while gorgeous being,
Allow the vibrations to settle.

How are you feeling?
Stay in that beautiful space that you're in because I wanted to work with you today to activate a heart code for being aligned.
Heart codes are vibrational codes,
They work with your heart library,
With your cell information and they bring their message to you clearly and cleanly with love,
Always with love and the code we're going to activate now is the code for being aligned which just brings everything that we've done here in this meditation to a completion for you.

Put your hands on your heart if you'd like to,
Open your heart,
Your spirit,
Your mind and hold the intention to allow this activation to land where it should for you with love.

Take another deep breath in and on the out-breath say out loud or in your heart,
It is done,
It is so and thank you and know that with that statement that you are allowing your alignment to settle in and around you.

Feel everything settle into place,
It's time to come back to the here and now,
Bring your body back into awareness,
Drift back from in your mindscape and feel the humanness of your body again.
Wriggle your toes,
Stretch your shoulders,
Feel back here in your humanness aligned,
Relaxed and loved.
