Shining the Light: Uncovering Hidden Beliefs The Self-Worth Journey: Growing Confidence from Within Simple Practices to Foster Inner Strength and Authentic Self-Love The introduction is 6 1/2 minutes with the meditation beginning after that. This is Part Five of Six, but you can listen to these in any order. There is a growing playlist for these tracks, building beautiful self-esteem. These recordings are part introduction/learning and part meditation. I’d love to know your experiences as you listen to each section. We often carry hidden beliefs that shape our self-esteem, many of which stem from childhood or past experiences. In this session, we'll gently search within our 'brain files' to uncover these beliefs. As we shed light on them, we can begin the process of understanding and transforming them, opening the path to healthier self-esteem.

Hello,

Hello beautiful being and welcome to session five and we're going to look today at shining the light and uncovering hidden beliefs.

You know we often carry hidden beliefs that shape who we are and our self-esteem and so many of them just come from childhood or like our past experiences.

So in this session we're going to very gently search within our brain files and we're going to uncover again without looking and neutralize a lot of these beliefs and as we shed the light on them we can begin the process of understanding,

Transforming them and opening up the path for you to have a healthier self-esteem.

Doesn't really matter where we are in our journey,

Whether we think we're growing or have grown or we're just beginning,

Usually there's something to be found to grow from in our files,

In our memories.

But I wanted to ask you how you went with the last session,

I'm interested to see.

So me,

I believe in a world of lives before and after this one.

Do you have a small belief in that?

If it's not sitting well with you then what about the DNA that you carry in your human body?

It seems to me that it must hold storage and beliefs.

I've heard that our egg is inside our mother when she is inside her mother all ready to go.

Imagine the conditioning you've received from being around this,

However small the egg is inside the mother,

Inside the mother,

There is conditioning,

There has to be and awareness.

So play with that how you want to believe,

You don't have to believe what I'm saying,

I really just want to get your mind expanding on how you think you've received your conditioning,

Your patterns,

Your life and what kind of methods have been around you as you've grown.

I've got some questions for you,

Journal questions that you can ponder later or push the pause button and ponder them now,

But ask them to yourself and reflect on them.

The first one is about the hidden beliefs that you've discovered,

Whether they seem to you to be positive or negative,

How do you think these beliefs have influenced your self-esteem?

There's no right or wrong answer to this,

You know that,

And you could,

If you don't have an immediate answer,

You could just ask your heart to show you.

It's a good answer for anything that you have a problem with when you hear it,

Like if you hear a question or a statement and then there's just blankness,

It just means that there's no immediate answer,

That it's deeper,

So you just open your heart and say I am fully aware that there's an answer to this and I am open with love to receive it,

Or something that you like to say.

The second question that I would say is,

Can you recall a specific instance where you think your hidden beliefs affected your decisions or your actions?

Now again,

This could be perceived as positive or negative,

It doesn't matter.

There are hidden beliefs that would have us gift time to people,

And in other people there are hidden beliefs that would have them not gifting time to people.

There's so many ways that life works out,

So just feel into it and look at what you might see to be a positive or a negative time where hidden beliefs,

Inner training,

Happenings from around you,

All of your life have affected your decisions or your actions.

So the third question I wanted you to ponder is,

How did you feel as you began to uncover your hidden beliefs,

Whether they're positive or negative in your view?

How do you feel?

And the fourth and last question is,

How do you think shining a light on these beliefs will help you to transform your self esteem?

So think about it,

By shining a light I mean shifting the vibration,

Doing the brain file work that we've been doing.

And to complete our session today,

We're going to do some brain file clearing,

Related to our history,

Related to our family,

Related to how we may have learnt.

So just relax,

Relax,

Relax,

Relax and allow yourself to breathe peacefully.

You know how to find where your brain lives.

So while your body's relaxed where it's sitting,

See yourself up in that beautiful space behind your eyes,

Your mind space.

Just reach out to your brain and ask it if it's ready to just join you on this next part of the journey.

It will be.

Link up with the arc and over to the right.

Just touch base with the love pile,

Know that everything's in place and then ask your brain to bring you the files on any daily stress.

Just the immediate files that your brain's got to do with daily stress.

Don't look at them,

Just see them lift up and over and land in love.

And then come back to your brain,

We're just preparing the way here.

Ask your brain to bring you the files on any stress from work or business,

Regardless of what it is,

Just allow your brain to gather those files and let's drift them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile.

Now when you come back to your brain,

Ask it to find any files,

Any files at all in your vast system of files related to your maternal grandmother,

Regardless if you've met her or not.

Any files related to your maternal grandmother,

Don't think about it,

Just see those files drifting up and over the arc to land in the love pile.

You know between your brain,

Your connection and your heart,

All of the right things will happen.

The vibrational shift and the recalibration,

Any neutralizing will happen.

We're just shining the light on these so that they can become whatever they need to become.

Now come back over to your brain and ask your brain to find now any files related to your maternal grandfather,

Your maternal grandfather and let's just see those files floating up and over the arc and landing in the love pile.

Once again don't attach anything to them.

And now when you come back to your brain,

Ask it for the files related to your paternal grandmother and your paternal grandfather,

Because now your brain knows what we're doing,

It knows where to go and find them and let's just see those files go up and over the arc and land in the love pile to be refreshed,

To be recalibrated and neutralized where needed.

Now when you come back to your brain,

Ask it to find any files related to your mother's siblings or family,

Extended family.

Your brain now knows what we're doing so it'll gather those files and just allow,

Just allow them to float up and over the arc and land in the love pile.

Come back over and ask your brain for any files related to your father's extended family,

Siblings,

Cousins,

Even if you don't know about these people,

There are brain files related to them.

Let's refresh them,

See them going up and over the arc and landing in the love pile to be recalibrated and refreshed,

Neutralized.

Now come back to your brain and ask your brain for any files that it knows are in your system that are related to these people and what we've been covering in this course.

It's a fairly loose question but I'm pretty sure your brain will find files for you.

And let's see those files float over the arc and land in the love pile.

When you don't look at them you know that.

Now come back over to your brain and ask it if it has any files that have been hidden from other timelines,

From other places that are relative to what we're doing.

Any hidden files that we need to shine a light on.

As they come to you just see them float up and over the arc and land in love.

Knowing that the love pile is going to do exactly what's needed in this moment.

Now come back over to your brain and thank it for working with you on this.

Let it know you might come back to all of this again.

And just get a feeling for if the brain thinks this is a good idea.

You can follow through when you're ready.

You've done really well.

Now gently slide from the mind space back down into your humanness.

Into your body.

And just feel out into your body.

And feel the shift in vibration.

The shift in your heart space.

The shift in how you work with your connection,

Your heart and your brain.

Thank yourself for doing this work,

This growth,

This inner awareness.

To help your self-esteem and your self-confidence.

Okay gorgeous beings.

This meditation was so lovely, thank you for these transformstive & beautiful practices. The answer part of me had for how does it feel to remmeber we had hidden beliefs that stood before we even were made parts of me feel cheated & also very aware that today I got to be the one to clear🧚🏾✨🫧🫧 them. So my brain is tha fanciest alive etherical armoire/dresser drawer & this time when we cleared the ancestral maternal & paternal lineage other hidden compartments opened up, floorboards lofted with fikes going iver the rainbow arch & that was amazingly before you even mentioned to pull the hidden files. This intelligent brain knew exactly what it needed to do🌈. & when you called the hidden files portals opened all around the dresser & the whole room where loads of files were appearing to get loved up! 🌿Im going to copy & paste this experience to the classroom so my peers can share in the magic✨ because this is the meditation review. I loved this so much thank you! 🙏🏿🍃🌸✨🦋💖🌈
