Working with my Brain File Clearing Process and backed by the beautiful 528hz tuning fork, we’ll be delving into internal change where, ever so gently, you’ll find your Soul Shine and your Soul Journey opening up for you a bit more. Known as the Love frequency, this frequency promotes relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, enhanced creativity, promoting a sense of well-being. We’ll be working with your files on Feeling Good, love and harmony, Transformation and Miracles.

Hello, Hello beautiful being. It's Linda here. And yes, The title of this meditation is Transformation and Miracles. We are going to work with my brain file clearing process. And the whole meditation is backed by the beautiful 528 hertz tuning fork. We are going to delve into internal change. And ever so gently, You'll find more of your soul shine and your journey opening you up for a bit more. Now are you settled? Are you comfortable where you are? Is your body hydrated? Hydration is so important to what we do. So have a glass of water or a herbal tea and breathe yourself into gentle relax. I want to ask you a couple of questions as you relax yourself. So while you're doing some deep breathing, To find the little areas that need extra relaxing. I'm going to pop these thoughts into your mind for later. What is spiritual emergence to you? What does that mean to you? Spiritual emergence. And how is your soul linked to Source? There's no rule to this, I'm just asking this so that you can feel the questions running around. And soul emergence into the new. For me it's about shining your heavenly spark so brightly and being aware of your part in the universe and being aware of how your soul is linked to Source. So have a think about how this feels and sits with you. Now that was the 528 hertz tuning fork. And it's leading us into this next part of our meditation, The brain file clearing process. And I'll play it again for you. I'll play it again to complete the meditation. So now you know what to listen for. If you're taken away away away on this meditation, The tuning fork will bring you back, It really will. Now do one last gentle scan of your body. And breathe love into that final bit of resistance that you find. And then allow yourself just to be. And know that your body, This human form, Is safe right here, Right now. And then inside the beautiful space that's behind your eyes, Your mind space, Imagineer land. Take yourself up into that space. Feel into the space. If you're a visual person, This flow will happen how you see it. I'm not going to lead your pictures. If you feel like you're not a visual person and you have trouble with guided meditations, Then just open your heart and allow. And just allow yourself to follow the flow of my voice. Don't try too hard. Now if you take your attention over to the left, Inside the space, And ask your brain, Ask your brain to show itself to you. This is your picture, Your awareness of your brain. And now take your awareness up and over to the right in an arc. Now that arc may become a rainbow, It may also just be an arc, An arrow, A curved arrow. And then over on the right, You'll see a container filled with love, Filled with love for you. And this is where the files will be heading. Now that's all in place, Come back to your brain and ask your brain if it can find the files on worries, Worries from this day, From this week, Any files that it's got front and centre on worries. And when your brain brings them to you, Just allow them, Allow them to go up and over that arc and then just slide into the love bubble pile, Slide into your container filled with love, Where they'll be recalibrated or neutralised, Whatever is the deal. Now come back over to your brain and ask it now if it's got files on feelings of anxiety, Any feelings of anxiety in the files. Don't look at them, Don't check the labels, See them float up and over that arc, Up and over the rainbow and land over on the right in the love pile, Where they'll be neutralised, Recalibrated, A new vibration. Now come back to your brain and thank it for playing this game with us and ask it now, Ask it to find files on dreams, Shining light and clarity on the dream messages without any effort. And as the files from dreams are brought to the front, As your brain finds more files on dreams, See them float up and over that arc, Up and over the rainbow and land over on the right in the love pile. To have a new vibration attached, A new shining light with more clarity. Now come back, Come back to your brain and ask it to find files this time on feeling good, Anywhere through past, Present, Future, Files on feeling good. And your brain will find these files and as they come to you, Once again you don't need to look at them, Just hold an inner smile and feel them go up and over the arc and land in the love pile. To be updated, Expanded, Authenticated. Now come back over to your brain and ask it to find files on when I happily bounced into the day, File memories across all timelines on when I happily bounced into the day. And let's see those files go up and over the arc, To land in the love pile, To be updated, To have a new vibration attached, Recalibration. Now when you come back to your brain this time, Ask it if it has any files related to what we've been doing that it would like recalibrated. It will do, So just give it the space and allow it to gather the files. Just feel and see them going up and over the arc and landing in the love pile. Now come back over to your brain and ask it to find files on the good things, Any good things, Even the smallest good thing can be shone out to lovingly shine up your life. So if we can recalibrate good things, Give your brain the time to go and gather, Gather the files and then let's lift them up and over that arc and land them in the love pile, To be updated and recalibrated. Now come back over to your brain and thank it, Thank it so much for working with you today. And holding on to this beautiful space that you've maintained, Allow yourself to very gently slide back into your human form. Staying in this beautiful meditative space and feel the flow of the new vibrations coming with you. Feel the flow of the new vibrations as you breathe them into your body, As you breathe them into your heart, As you allow your heart to expand them into your blood and as your heart pumps your blood, The vibrations go out into your body and they take this new vibrational message to every cell in your body, Holding the intention that every time you breathe and every heartbeat, You're installing the new vibrational messages into your cells and from there out into your shine, Into your energy so that you're traveling through the day with every transformational message, Every new vibration in your shine attracting your next journey. I'm gonna leave you with the music for a while to allow all of this to settle. It's time to come back now gorgeous being, You heard the tones, It's time to come fully into your body as a human, Bringing all of the new vibrations with you. Wriggle your toes, Stretch your shoulders and allow your whole body to become aware, A little bit of movement and a big stretch and a yawn maybe and know that you're walking into the day with new vibrations.
