Hello beautiful being,

It's Linda here and what you'll be listening to today is a live meditation on speak kindly to yourself.

The reason I wanted to share the live in this way as a meditation for you is because it's powered by real people,

By real people suggesting what it is that they want help clearing with the brain file clearing process and the energy of those shifts are going to be from a group energy that's always always exponentially more for you and for me.

So the next thing you'll hear is the beginning of the meditation.

So I'm getting us a card to carry us through and then I might take one at the end if we have time to to us work with that card.

I got told to look at the bottom and I'll just show you that card we will choose that one.

The eyes of the eagle and it says rising above the fray we don't need to actually and it's a an 18 so that one and eight equals a nine numerologically we're in a nine year nine is it's a kind of a through way into the new it's it's not an ending numerologically it shows an ending it's the nine but it's the beginning of the through into the new so rising above the fray what that means for you what what dropped in right at the beginning would be right for you for me it talks about getting away from the minutiae actually looking from a higher perspective even if that be where the satellites are and looking down and going well that's actually a speck of sand that I was just worried about.

Now anyone who's new here you may not have experienced my processes and they're processes that have been gifted to me from above so today we started with a beautiful card rising and rising above the fray the eyes of the eagle and we're going to move into doing brain file clearing which is a process that extremely gently and lovingly recalibrates files in your system you are in a mindful space slightly meditative you may wander off and that's okay too because your brain will work with you and we're teaching your brain with this process that working as a team is good working by yourself is hard working as a team is good and we want the team to be the brain your heart and your connection so that's the purpose behind what we do with the brain file clearing process and it's such fun too.

So with that in mind I'd like you to consider with speak kindly to yourself I'd like you to consider a word that you would think negatively about yourself or an area in life where you think negatively just call it out like it's it's just a way of saying it out loud I take that add to my list of already collected words and if you call it out you know your brain is going to help you with this and even if I don't call it out then you will find a time where I just say ask your brain for files that we haven't done yet or that it wants to clear and that way we just cover everything and yeah just calling it out is the deal so get your fingers moving or call it out to yourself if you don't want to do it publicly and be aware consider one thing don't pick on yourself horribly if you think you think too much negatively just one thing one thing that you would like to just yeah call out basically now the next thing to do is to call out a positive thing something that you feel about yourself something that you think about yourself something that you say about yourself that's positive might be scrabbling to find something sometimes hey or maybe you can feel it straight away but yeah call that out to type it in here if you like whatever we cover today is just going to be helping your files regardless and so yeah okay beautiful beings I know most of you today have felt like you wanted to hold your thoughts inside and they will arrive like we will clear those files we will process those files so while we're while we're just sitting here now I just recognized how hot I'd gotten let me tell you what happens when I come in here get yourself settled while I tell you ah it's just a beautiful feeling when you arrive in here when you have decided to come here your your spirit family whoever you feel in the immediate moments they come with you they bring others and they sort of be in a spirit space together it's random it's like a big ball room of spirit beings and they really want you to hear what you need to hear so I may not say the words that you hear but you'll hear what you need to hear and that's for me that's just magical I just love that that works that way so I just encourage you to have your heart wide open I hold a gentle loving space here and it's just for you it's for you in amongst all of this energy the energy that's here to hold space for you so just relax a tiny bit more let's as a group if you will take one big in-breath together now and then very gently let it leak out take another big in-breath and sigh it out slowly and every out breath feel yourself falling more into relax if you're moving around allow it on the inside allow the knowledge that your body's relaxing into what you're hearing and allowing if you're sitting or lying feel the support of what you're on feel the love as it wraps around you and it's connected through whatever building you're in down to earth there you go and pop your phone down and just be with the words just listen and be if your eyes aren't already closed then close them and one more big in-breath and then breathing out into full relax as much relax as you can do a little scan of your body and just check in and breathe into any space that feels just tense or not quite as relaxed as you'd like it and now from where you're at we're going to do a little inward travel if you can take your mind and your awareness up into the space that's just behind your eyes it's your mind space I call it imagineer land and it's a wonderful space of possibility now we're going to work in that space and if you are the person who thinks you can't see stuff in a guided meditation then just relax and allow the words to wash over you don't fight to see something that maybe isn't there for you but the actual happenings are there so just hold your heart open for it to be and let the words just wash around and do their thing and now if you take your mind your your feeling over to the left inside the space and ask your brain to show up however it wants to could just be a feeling you could see something just ask your brain to show up and in your mind say to your brain what we're going to do today is going to relax your anxiety so just relax and work with me please I'll come back to you make sure you're happy and then from where your brain is if you lift your eyes your inner eyes up and over to the right you will magically create an arc which leads from where your brain is up and over and on the right there's a beautiful big love container it's filled with love mine is a big square container filled with love bubbles I can see it it's like one of those industrial containers ah yours will be whatever it will be and maybe a feeling of it now if you come back over to your brain on the left and just say to your brain we're going to be taking files and refreshing them for you and the first ones we want to take and refresh for you are anxieties and worries from this week so do you want to dig up any files that are related to the things you worried about this week the things you spent time being anxious about and then as your brain gathers those files allow them just allow them to go up and over that beautiful arc we created to land in the love pile and when they land in the love pile they get recalibrated refreshed shone up a new vibration set and it's while they're there the work is done the files don't stay there once they've been there and had all the work done they just arrive back in the filing system but in the right place not in the anxious place now go back over to your brain in your mind space and thank it thank you for playing with you today and ask it ask it to find files on fear fear any files that are related to right now on fear and when it's done that the files will just come towards you however they do and just know and allow them to go up and over that arc up and over the arc to land in the love pile over on the right such a beautiful space allow the recalibration allow the love now when you come back to your brain over on the left ask it to find files on feeling incapable feeling incapable give it time to go and find them and then as they come feel and know that they're just going to go up and over that arc up and over the arc to land on the right in the love pile now come back come back over to your brain and ask it ask it to find files on a scarcity mindset on a scarcity mindset and when those files come towards you feel them going up and over the arc and landing in the love pile to be recalibrated to be shown up and loved a new vibration set now come back over to your brain on the left and just ask it to find files on not feeling enough not enough not being enough not feeling enough not having enough just not enough however that means for you and then when the files start coming towards you just allow allow them to go up and over the arc to land in the love pile to be recalibrated to be loved and then when you come back over to your brain on the left a new vibration installed now and you come back when you come back over to your brain on the left ask for any files on shame and lack shame and lack and when those files come just allow allow them to go up and over that arc and then slide down the other side into the love pile to be recalibrated to be loved up now come back over to your brain and ask it to find files on where you've thought badly about your shape or your look overweight underweight not pretty enough however that works your brain knows and it'll go and find the files pertinent to that and when they come just allow them you don't need to look at them this is anonymous neutral just allow them to go up and over the arc to land in love to be recalibrated a new vibration installed now come back over to your brain and ask it to find files on procrastination and my inner critic procrastination and my inner critic and then when those files come don't look at them just allow just allow them to neutrally go up and over the arc to land in the love pile to be loved to be neutralized to be recalibrated now gorgeous being when you come back to your brain thank it for playing thank it for being here with you and ask it if there are any files that it wants to clear based on what we just did any files that it wants to clear once again don't look at them allow your brain just to neutrally grab these files and send them to you so that you can see them go up and over the arc to land in the love pile so they too can get recalibrated a new vibration set neutralizing the old and shining the new now when you come back to your brain say to your brain can it find files on friendship and love friendship and love give them time to always think of the brain in the masculine give them time to collect the files and just when you see them allow them allow these files also to go up and over the arc up and over the arc to land in the love pile to be uplifted and shone and recalibrated now when you come back come back to your brain and ask it to find files on being capable being capable and having the courage to follow through and your brain knows where to find the files related to this just allow allow it to gather the files and there they go up and over the arc landing on the right in the love pile to be recalibrated and refreshed now come back to your brain and ask it to find files on tuning into your intuition on actually having the courage to see intuitive moments and to believe them and your brain will find files related to that and lift them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile to be updated and refreshed now when you come back to your brain ask it to find files on feeling worthy feeling worthy don't look at the files but when they arrive just know and feel them going up and over that arc and landing on the right in the love pile to be recalibrated and updated into the new with love and when you come back to your brain this time ask it if it has any files once again that it feels it would like to clear if it has files that it wants updated and then when they come don't sneak any looks at them just allow allow them to go up and over the arc and land on the right in the love pile to be recalibrated and refreshed come back over to your brain over on the left there and thank your brain for working with you and now your brain has a really good example of how it feels to work with your heart and your guidance and not feel alone so yes thank it thank it for being there and then without coming all the way back just feel yourself dropping back from your mind space into your body and feel also the vibrational changes coming with you all of the vibrations that we shifted draw them with you intend that they come with you and land with you in your human form feel the tingling maybe or just the knowledge that you feel more expansive on your breath in feel even more of the vibrations coming in on your breath and on your out breath feel them landing in your body landing in your cells on the in breath breathing in the light and the new and on the out breath landing that that beautiful new vibration in your cells in your body every in breath breathing in light and the new every out breath landing that firmly in your body carrying that energy in your physicality and as your body fills these beautiful new vibrations extend out into your energy field they begin to fill your energy field with these new vibrations overlaying the old showing a new vibration magnetizing a new vibration and your vibration in your energy field is your attractant magnetizing like to like breathing the new into your energy field with love allows a brighter light to shine feel the shift in your body feel how you are not just that human form ever oh it might be time to come back to the here and now and bring yourself into awareness of your physicality a bit more what about your toes wiggle your toes i'm glad you enjoyed yourself today stretch out your body ah and just allow allow the feeling of the energy to land firmly and know that you have refreshed yourself today however that takes you through into the day

This was a super powerful one! The brain files to clear are all really meaningful and I got a lot of heavy feelings lightened through the work. Take your time. I loved that it was a recording so I could pause as needed. I found it helpful to have a bit of quiet time with some tea afterwards to integrate. I think this is one I will return to regularly. Excellent!
