For me, this happens when I’ve successfully completed a project and yet to begin another. There's a void which seems to be filled with ennui. Today, I saw how to shift this feeling, and I’m sharing it here with You. Today we’ll be shifting our vibration using Heart Library Vibrational Codes and tuning forks of 528hz are used to begin the actual meditation as well as to alert you to the end of it. Then, alongside the meditation, we’re supported by the Solfeggio music of 528hz, a Love frequency said to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, enhance creativity, and promote a sense of well-being.

Hello beautiful being,

It's Linda here and today I'm bringing you a meditation on what I've called procrastination depression.

It's just a fun way of saying where I slumped.

I've recently completed a wonderful project that was so successful and I felt really really good and I have other projects to move towards but I can't right now.

Just right now I feel unable and I know that it's a mixture of depression because I started something wonderful and it's done and procrastination because I don't know where to start.

So I came here because I'm pretty sure I'm not unique in things like that and if I'm able to offer you a way to step out of the procrastination that comes from not quite knowing which step to take even though you know it's a good step and the mini depression it's not a huge depression for me maybe for you but yeah that so I sat with my heart library codes first the Anahata codes they're amazing they're vibrational codes that speak to our body they speak to us and I sat with them and there were two that came up for me to go through with you today and to land that vibration into yourselves as you're meditating.

One was for unconditional which is an interesting way of saying just love yourself where we are now and the other one was for hope and the hope hope comes up a lot in places where we're moving to that aren't clearly defined I hope that makes sense and behind everything we're doing today will be some tuning forks.

The tuning forks that I'm using to back us is for the five to eight hertz it's the frequency of transformation and miracles again I was led to that and it's a love frequency seemingly it promotes relaxation reduces stress and anxiety improves sleep quality enhances creativity and promotes a sense of well-being so if we're going to look at bringing forward transformation and miracles to overcome procrastination depression then that sounded like the right one to do and then behind everything we do I will have very gentle music based on 528 hertz so it'll be on the solfeggio music so all of this will come together in a very gentle meditation for you to listen to once or twice and I do hope that it brings you some relief and some joy and some satisfaction because I'm not going to talk much at the end I'm just going to allow you to stay where you are with the music my voice will bring you back a little bit and I'll also use a tuning fork to confirm to you that the meditation is finishing.

So wherever you've chosen to meditate today I'd like you to just feel what's supporting you if you're lying down feel the earth connection through all of your spine and your legs and your heels if you're sitting you can lean back into where you're sitting feel your feet grounding just feel your body remembering earth now take a really really big in-breath all the way as much as you can fit in and then just let it leak out slowly carefully until it's all gone breathing in again all the way in and then very gently let that air leak out if you need to do it again do and on any out-breath now feel your body choosing to relax just a bit more just a bit more scan your body now scan it and just see if there's anywhere that needs a bit of extra love are your shoulders relaxed are your neck muscles relaxed the muscles that hold all of your head together what about your stomach your spine your hips knees if it feels good scrunch up your feet and let them fall open and the same with your hands scrunch them up and just allow them to open and fall you're in a comfortable beautiful space now while you're in this space I just want you to feel your heart the heart the muscle that is your heart the energy that is your heart the library that is your heart feeling the energy inside your heart and the library the library that is yours that is your story for here for this journey on earth as well as the stories that have come with your dna and through your connection today we're going to look at unconditional as a vibration to bring in to enhance to recalibrate within your system just allow me to deliver this code to you over the airwaves into your heart library to grow and the first one that we're going to do is unconditional it applies to so much it applies to how we feel about ourselves most of all I think unconditional loving of you of wherever you are today or in the moment so let's open our heart open your heart beautiful being and allow the love of this vibration to come in and land in yourselves through your heart we ask for align with and allow this beautiful heart library code this anahata code with gratitude and love we activate the assisting frequency of the love-based emotion of unconditional one four zero eight two nine three six four eight two two one four zero eight two nine three six four eight two two one four zero eight two nine three six four eight two two one four zero eight two nine three six four eight two two one four zero eight two nine three six four eight two two feel the vibration landing in your body through the statement of this code breathe in and on the out breath accept all the new vibrations coming in for unconditional love another big in breath and on the out breath you can say in your heart or out loud it is done it is so and thank you those words confirm your acceptance of this gentle loving vibrational shift sit with the music for a little while and i'll come back with the second code okay beautiful being very gently now we're going to activate the second code the one for hope you just stay where you are keep your heart open for the vibrations to land and i'll create the magic that sends to you we ask for align with and allow this beautiful heart library code this anahata code with gratitude and love we activate the assisting frequency of the love-based emotion of hope one one three three six four eight two one one three three six four eight two one one three three six four eight two one one three three six four eight two one one three three six four eight two one one three three six four eight two one one three three six four eight two make a big breath in all the way in breathing in this new vibration the hope molecules and on the breath out know and allow the vibrations settling into your cells breathing in beautiful being breathing in breathing in all of the love of hope and on the output say in your heart or out loud it is done it is so and thank you confirming your acceptance of these beautiful vibrations feel the vibrations landing and overlaying the information in your cells with hope unconditional hope and love okay beautiful being here's the wake-up code it's time to come back to the here and now gorgeous being oh just feel yourself coming back into the spirit of your body with all the new vibrations flowing into your cells into your heart i'm sending you love gorgeous being i'll leave you in peace to allow and feel the beautiful love of these codes see you in the next meditation bye for now

I was intrigued by the codes ... not something I am familiar with . I loved the intentionality of layering the music with the tuning fork frequency. Linda's voice is very soothing and personable.

A very peaceful and uplifting meditation for something that I think is so common among people and especially creatives! Using her heart Library codes and some especially tuned tuning forks, she expertly raises the listeners vibrational frequency. There is also a pause at the end to incorporate the meditation. As usual, Linda’s gentle voice and soothing delivery bring everything together so well. Definitely something to keep in my toolbox!
