Today we're going to be talking about neutralizing fear so that we can install empowerment.
In many of my live meditations I invite the group to share their own words and their own descriptions about what they have in their life that might hinder their world and what they have that might uplift it.
And there are some main themes here.
So in this meditation I've taken two of the main areas,
Fear and empowerment,
And I've woven a beautifully healing meditation around them.
We're going to be using my brainfile clearing process,
The beautiful heart library codes,
Anahata codes,
And in behind all of this the solfeggio frequency of 396 Hertz and 528 Hertz.
This powerful team of music and processes is here to assist you,
To assist you in neutralizing fear then empowering your next new.
So our first step is really to relax.
You may have already done this and if you haven't just take one big breath and very slowly,
Very slowly,
Let it leak out of you.
Take another big deep in-breath and slowly let it out and as you let it out feel,
Feel yourself settling into where you are even more.
Take another big in- breath and as you let it out feel yourself settling into where you are even more.
I'm going to describe what we're doing before we move deeply into meditation.
So keep doing the breathing and scan your body for any stress and breathe love into those places to relax them even more.
So behind this meditation we're going to be playing gently and softly some solfeggio music.
We're going to be playing the frequency that shows liberation from fear and guilt,
That one was a bit obvious,
And the frequency for transformation and miracles.
The 396 frequency helps to release negative thoughts,
Emotions,
Energy patterns and promotes a sense of liberation and freedom.
And the 528 Hertz,
It's the love frequency,
It promotes relaxation but it enhances creativity and your well-being so it helps you transform.
Lay still for a little while,
Sit still wherever you are and feel this first solfeggio frequency and I'm going to help with the vibrations by installing the heart library code for fear to uplift to change the vibrations.
We ask for,

Now beautiful being,
While your body is settled where it is,
Bring your attention up into your mind space,
That space behind your eyes and while you're there get yourself settled and take take your inner gaze over to the left and ask your brain to show up.
The more you do this practice the more the brain will just do its thing for you but if you can't see anything specific it doesn't matter you can just hold,
Hold the feeling that you are doing this and it's all good.
Now from your brain take your inner gaze up and over to the right in an arc and as you do that an arc will form a rainbow or just an arc and as you get to the right there's a container filled with love,
That's your container however it shows up is yours.
This is where the files go to be neutralized or updated.
Now come back over to your brain and say to your brain can you gather some files on fear and bring them to me so I can update them for us and when your brain brings you files don't look at them just allow them to go up and over the arc follow them with your inner eye to land over on the right in the love pile to be updated a new vibration set and the files don't stay in the love pile they get realigned a new vibration set and when they're done they just merge back into the filing system in the right place with a gentler place.
Now come back to your brain and ask it to find files on anxiety,
Anxiety and when those files come towards you in this inner space feel them go up and over that arc and land on the right in the love pile to be updated,
To be refreshed,
To be loved up.
Now when you come back over to the left to your brain ask it now if it can find some files on doubt,
Self-doubt,
People who doubt you,
Whatever doubt represents in your files.
Once again the brain will bring these don't look at them or identify with them just follow them lift your inner gaze up and over that arc and see them land in the love pile to be updated and refreshed recalibrated now come back come back to your brain on the left and ask it ask it if it's got any files that it can find on uncertainty,
Uncertainty and when those files come towards you watch them with your inner gaze as they go up and over that arc to the right and land in the love pile to be re-scripted,
Recalibrated and now when you come back to your brain thank it for playing with you and ask it this time if it's got any files it can find on empowerment,
Empowerment and when those files come let's see them go up and over that arc over to the right to land in the love pile to be shorn up refreshed and renewed now come back again over to the left and ask your brain this time to find files for you on self-acceptance,
Self-acceptance and watch those files go up and over the arc to land in the love pile over on the right to be shorn up,
To be loved and recalibrated now come back over to your brain on the left and ask it to find files on clarity,
Clarity and let's see those files let's feel those files go up and over the arc to land in the love pile to be updated and refreshed and when you come back to your brain thank it for playing with us today and say we've just got one more set of files to work on and can your brain find you the files on love,
Any files to do with love,
