Did you know that our old world of competition is dissolving?
And man I look forward so eagerly to our new world,
Just filled with more collaboration,
Filled with more co-creation.

How are you today?
And you know love is my foundation.
That's why I call myself a heart-a-zan.
It's the foundation of all that we do,
Of why we came here.
Anyway,
Today my goal is that you'll gently experience some magical I am statements,
Which have been collected and melded together to give you a greater awareness of your own magic,
Your own superpowers.
And we don't spread those words around willy-nilly.
You do have superpowers and sometimes you negate them through your thought patterns.
So the statements we're covering today are designed just to flow past your judgemental brain and to land very gently inside your heart library to be ready and shining for you,
To integrate into your life,
Into your world.
Now you might drift away completely through the meditation.
So it's okay,
I'll be back at the end and I'll shift the music and I'll bring my voice back and I'll gently bring you back into the here and now.
So beautiful being,
I invite you just to get relaxed in the way that you know best.
You can sit or lie down as long as you're comfortable,
As long as your body feels blended into wherever you are.
While I'm talking,
Take some big breaths to regulate your system into this relax.
Feel the cool air on your nostrils as you take long slow inhales.
In the warm air flowing through your nostrils as you breathe out.
Sink deeper into natural breathing and just feel the stress points in your body relax.
Just breathe the stress down into the air.
Feel all of your muscles relax.
As you breathe,
Look at any points that show up as being a little bit tight and just breathe into them and gently get them to relax.
Take a swallow to relax your throat.
Open your jaw wide and then let it fall naturally back.
Consciously let the skin and the muscles around your face relax.
So today we're building the feeling and the knowledge of co-creation and collaboration inside your heart library.
Making it available to you as a go-to point instead of the comparison and competition that's part of our old way.
Collaboration and co-creation are,
To me,
They're the key ways for us to grow in our new earth energy.
But competition just seems to keep holding us back into a reality that no longer fits.
Co-creation is more about you acknowledging that you are responsible for your life,
Your decisions,
Your growth,
Your change,
Writing a new story,
Re-scripting an old.
Co-creation's about how you and your other trusted associations,
Other beings that are in your world,
How you lovingly value add each other's work.
And once you begin to unwrap this,
You'll be able to dispel a lot of the inner myths that hold you deeply in place.
And then you can journey forward,
Taking the initiative for your own success,
For your own happiness,
And for your own wellness.
And collaboration in our new energy is about working together to achieve a greater purpose.
One of my favorite words,
Which I'm pretty sure isn't in the dictionary,
Is exponentiality.
When you work,
And work is another word that doesn't fit here,
When you share your heart and your skills within another space,
Exponentiality is what happens.
It's not about giving away your power to somebody else for their energetic gain.
That's not how we work.
It's about where you and other loving beings who are carrying a similar heart journey to you,
Heart work,
It's where you recognize each other and know that you aren't alone in what you are presenting,
And know that somebody else's energy is lifting the field with this awareness factor.
They're not taking away from anything that you do by being similar to you.
They're supporting you on your path and creating the exponentiality when more than ones got involved,
Like when there is more than you.
So when you see these things and bed them into your heart library,
Your journey will flow with just such greater ease,
And you'll sense more clearly when the edge of the competition thing is trying to alter how you think.
You'll more easily see when another being is in competition,
Even if they're doing spiritual speak.
A lot of spiritual speaking people are competitive.
And you'll find the more you get to know yourself and how you can blend into the greater,
The unknown at the moment,
You'll be able to see through the chatter.
You'll be able to see when people are just speaking or when they have a different belief system to you.
And you'll be able to see through the chatter to the core and know that this isn't where your heart lives.
It's not right or wrong.
It's just not where your heart lives.
This brings us to the first I am statement.
I am a unique statement in this episode of earth story.
I am powerful.
I am a powerful co-creator.
I am a powerful collaborator.
I am a magnetic attractor for the connections created to enable my journey.
I am worthy of my best life story.
I am steady in my belief about who I am.
I am solid in my power.
I am a magnetic attractor for the collaborations to bring my big picture to life.
I am capable.
I am strong without trying too hard.
I am a magnetic attractor for the joy and abundance which adds vast magic to my story.
I am healed.
I am whole.
I am complete.
