Hello beautiful being.
Today I wanted to talk to you about how to know when it's not yours.
What does that mean?
Well there's many things in your world that affect you and yet they aren't yours and sometimes they land in your body and some you might claim for yourself from that.
There's things that you see that you know you don't want to land in your body but there are also things that you don't see.
The awareness of when you're in busy traffic,
Think about it,
Wherever you are if there's a lot of people around your sensitivity will probably yell at you or create a pain somewhere as you go through rush hour traffic and then once you're in your own environment you feel the peace return and hopefully that's without any added emotions from out there.
Shopping centers are the same,
I mean shopping centers,
Oh my goodness the energy it doesn't represent peace to me or I feel to many other sensitive people.
So what about loving friends?
They often have a hidden agenda and one that they're not cognizant of and yet your energy tells you,
It tells you those feelings and it alerts you.
So where do we go with this,
With this information?
Well first step I just wanted to tell you I'm running some soft music behind this talk.
It's for the frequency of 417 Hertz.
This frequency it can be used to expand your consciousness,
To undo situations and to facilitate change.
417 Hertz it can enable returning you to the right path.
It cleanses traumatic experiences,
Clears destructive influences from past events and you know that that sits in your cells somewhere.
It energizes your body and your cells and helps them to use their creative potential.
Now before I continue here I wanted to tell you about some of my other meditations that you could go and look at if you wanted to.
Meditations where I use my brain file clearing process.
Many of my meditations use vibrational healing that's neutral and I call it anonymous because you don't have to look at it.
You can just allow your brain,
Your connection and your heart to find the place to move this on and that's another area to work on while you're understanding your body.
So let's firstly understand a little bit more about you.
Where you are feeling into you and these are questions to alert you,
To help you understand yourself.
So where does your body show your own inner pain,
Your aches and pains,
Your feelings,
Where maybe overthinking's caused stress even.
When you know those places then you will begin to see and feel where external influences are affecting you.
So how do your muscles show that you're stressed and this part of discovery is important so that you can feel and know when the pain isn't yours.
The more you know your own responses,
Your own body signals,
The quicker you'll see and respond to an external influence which is trying to land on you,
In you.
This is all Linda speak so be aware there's probably other ways to say this but this is how I have felt and understood what isn't mine.
I know where my body shows me outside stresses and this knowledge has helped me oh man so much in easing the pressure or in just moving away from an area or a situation that might stress me which isn't mine to see or feel.
As I mentioned at the beginning being in busy traffic and suddenly I'm aware my tummy's tight and I know now that it's not mine.
So my response,
Not reaction,
Response is to breathe love through me.
I intend universal love,
Love from my spiritual team,
My higher selves coming through me from my spinal column run through my entire body just alleviating any of that stressy stuff that's not mine and this shows me and my own cells and atoms that I'm not alone and it releases the pressure that's not mine.
Now what about what isn't yours?
The more you understand how your body communicates to you the quicker the understanding and the response will be and I believe this equates to your spiritual growth as well your understanding of who you are here on the planet and why.
So you'll be coming from a place where you know what the signs are and your body will show you these and you'll see them like when someone's leeching energy from you or a newly spiritual person sees your shine and likes it just a bit too much and there are some everyday examples where you can grow your own sacred inner space protection by another name.
So here's some ideas to help you.
Way back I was told to protect myself from these people.
It felt like I was shutting myself off and it just didn't feel right.
It didn't fit with my heart journey.
It possibly took me a little longer to understand how I can hold my heart space and still not be open to what people call energy vampires but in working through it I got solutions and I still have my energy shine.
So here are some for you to try and I like doing things with fun and quirkiness because it makes me smile makes me laugh in most cases and it lifts my vibration through that.
So here are some ideas.
One I call a condom of protection and I mentally pull this condom on over and down and around me.
Once I do it whether I use my hands to enhance the feeling of pulling something down or just do it in my head the feeling of protection is huge and that is protecting my human body which is the one that has the responses hey your energy will hold you safe and protected all the time but once something gets all the way through to your body that's when it affects you.
Now another idea if you have a onesie or you use it is to zip it up like actually mentally step into a onesie and zip the whole thing up and over you right up to the hood.
A see-through onesie and keeps you safe they're all just fun ways of keeping you in a place where you feel yourself again now what about when someone's talking straight at you and you are alert because you've grown a little bit into understanding this you're alert and understanding that they're actually they're looking at you with that penetrating gaze which does feel like they're stealing stuff from you it's a harsh thing to say but sometimes that's how it feels so if they're leaning in and you feel that intensity just hold your hands with intent inside by your solar plexus just maybe scratch your clothing through it or just fiddle with your hands but intent for you is that now that's closed off to someone else the love is inside you the love is holding you safe and your hands are your big double shut doors with a great lock on it that stops somebody from taking things from you from that area.
Now you can fiddle with your hands in that area you can just hold them linked public speakers do it all the time so it's not going to look like you're doing something but you watch the response the person will lean back from you because they're not getting what they want.
Now yesterday which is what reminded me to talk to you about this yesterday I was walking at the park with Michael and Dakota the dog and I had this huge stabbing energy go from one side of my head down into my spine it was like like a shaft of energy now this is me in this moment where I know it wasn't mine I don't get headaches so I didn't give it any outward energy an old me would have quantified it look through it and tried to figure out how to get rid of it this new me this me today just goes okay so I'm around some energy that would prefer to be external from wherever it came and I just wrapped from love in my heart I push the love out through the pain through the shafting and basically send it away now I don't go into sending it back where it came from once I've wrapped it up with love it's not potent so I don't need to be that person that sends it back it doesn't matter but what I did do was not add energy to it I added love I added love and then later on when we were at home and having a cup of tea I said to Michael about it and I felt really powerful that I didn't take that negative energy from wherever it came from so you don't need to react you just need to be aware and then pull love from the universe from your heart from your team whether that team involves beautiful souls soul sisters it doesn't matter just call out pull that energy through and push it out through where you feel is right so when you think about how this will affect another person effectively you shouldn't care about that because on some level those people don't care about you oh they might look like they do but if you have made a habit of allowing your energy to be siphoned then you are probably giving them permission to do that and that again is a harsh statement to make it's unconscious sometimes it's conscious and I have seen times when it's been conscious so that's where you need to know yourself better you need to know all of the things I said at the beginning of this talk you need to know where you have your own bodily feelings and where an external feeling affects you so now going back to the sulfage frequencies if you enjoy the feeling of the vibrational music then look inside the insight timer platform for somebody who makes energy music that you truly feel because I have learnt and grown so much by having sulfage and music around me and I know most of it comes from insight timer so it's there for you to find if you need it I hope this has helped you in some way listen again of course if you feel you want to bed stuff in and head on over to other of my meditations to find the vibrational shifting kind of meditations that will help you grow internally there's a whole playlist on self-esteem don't look at the word or the descriptor but inside that there are files to shift files to neutralize vibrations to update I hope I hope I hope you've had fun listening to this and you understand more about how you respond I'm sending love out over the airwaves to you and step by step you know you'll see more areas where you can stop that leakage and claim your own power I'll see you next time gorgeous soul take care lots of love
