Hello beautiful soul and thanks for landing here with us today.
We're actually going to do a brain file clearing meditation and it's here with you from a live event.
The energy from the live event has always been amazing and I wanted to share a meditation that was about brain file clearing and today we're going to focus on thoughts and inner beliefs that we have about aging.
So many,
So many places where subconscious thoughts and social conditioning affect our belief patterns.
So I'm going to leave a little bit of a music gap and then find a place to begin the live at the time.
Are you ready to slow down?
Are you ready to actually relax?
I'm going to put the phone down and not look at my face but just listen for a while.
Now why don't you ask your body to relax and show you.
Let's do a scan of your body and we'll breathe some beautiful relaxation into your muscles.
So wherever you are,
Sitting,
Lying or even being the person who has to move around,
Take a deep breath in and wherever you are in your time scale,
If you want to go to sleep through this,
Just do because it'll all work around what you're doing.
You'll hear me in your subconscious.
I'll bring you back at the end if you need to.
Now let's do a scan of your body and just check in to see if we can move some extra stress or places holding on to any anxiety.
Just wiggle your toes a little bit,
Spread them out and crunch them up and let them just fall open.
Turn your ankles around a little bit.
Clench your calf muscles and your thigh muscles and then let your legs just fall open relaxed.
Do a micro wiggle of your hips.
A beautiful micro wiggle just to release tension in your hips and your lower back.
Breathe some love into that.
Now in your tummy where your muscles are holding on to all of your beautiful organs,
Push your tummy out really hard and then let it relax.
See if you can get the deep muscles to relax in your tummy because usually it's anxiety that makes those muscles hold.
Now round on your back,
Just run a beautiful relaxing breath up your spine and just get all of your spine muscles to relax.
Your spine does a big job for you.
Lift up your shoulders,
Scrunch them hard and let them fall down.
Acknowledge your neck,
Give it a wee twirl and then your head.
Relax your jaw,
Your temples,
Your forehead and as many muscles as you can feel in your head and on your head.
There.
Now does your body feel safe and comfortable?
Because we're going to take a little journey.
I want you to take your awareness up into your mind space.
The space behind your eyes where there's loads that we can look at and find and see.
As you arrive there,
I just want to say if you feel you're the person that doesn't see things in a guided meditation,
Then just let that be.
Don't fight it,
Don't stress it.
Just say out loud now,
I'm just going to listen to Linda's voice and know this is going to be activated.
It's completely fine.
The magic will still happen.
Now in this beautiful space that you've landed,
Take your awareness out to the left,
Out to the left to see a space and ask your brain to show up.
Ask your brain to show up.
However it shows up,
This is for you.
And once you feel that that's in place,
Let's lift your inner gaze from the left up and over to the right,
Creating an arc.
And we'll be using that arc.
And on the right when you get over there,
You can see there's a container,
A container that's filled with love.
And this is the magic container where we will adjust your files.
So come back over to the left to your brain and ask your brain,
Ask your brain if it can bring the files that it's been worried about this week so far.
Any files that have been front and center that your brain's been worrying over,
Stressing over,
Holding anxiety on.
And as those files drift towards you,
You don't need to see what they are.
Just allow them,
Follow them with your inner eye up and over to the right to land in the love pile that we made.
Now the files land in love and they are filled with love.
They are neutralized if they're in the negative,
A new story installed if they're in the positive,
Shined up.
They don't stay there forever in the love pile.
When they're ready,
When they're done,
They'll slide back into your filing system again.
They'll just be out of the highlight.
A lot calmer than what they were.
Now come back to your brain and just say to it today,
We're just going to work on some societal conditioning related to aging.
And ask it if it can find files on where getting older means you're less attractive to the world.
Not even just with the beauty thing,
Just with the feeling of not being seen.
And get your brain to find the files related to that.
Files that the industry pressure might have given you.
Files that are around on anti-aging marketing.
Files where somebody's got the fear of their gray hair or their body changes.
And when those files come towards you,
Just allow them to float up and over that arc we created to land on the right in love,
To be updated,
To be refreshed,
To be neutralized,
To be archived.
Whatever is the story for that file.
Now when you come back,
Come back to the left to your brain and ask it this year,
Ask it this time,
If it could find files on social media comparing things.
You know where social media shows one thing as the normal and you maybe don't fit into any of what they say is normal.
There'll be files hiding in your system about that.
Give your brain the space to go and find those files,
Dig them out and bring them towards you.
And as they come,
Let's just see those files going up and over the arc to land on the right in the love pile where they'll be neutralized with love,
Recalibrated and refreshed.
Now when you come back over to the left to your brain,
Ask it this time to find files on the fear of missing out,
The fear of missing an opportunity,
The fear that there will be no more opportunities,
The fear that you missed the best opportunity.
Now let's gather those files as they come towards you and allow them to float beautifully up and over that arc we created to land on the right in the love pile where they can be neutralized,
Where a whole new story can be installed,
A love story,
An abundant story.
Now come back over to the left to your brain and ask it this time to find files on social expectations that have affected you or self-imposed limitations that have affected you.
You don't need to know exactly what these files are.
Your brain knows,
Knows where to find them and you'll see them coming towards you and as they do just allow them,
See them going up and over that arc to land on the right in the love pile to be updated,
Refreshed,
A whole new story told.
Now when you come back to your brain on the left,
Ask it this time to find files on where you need a career change,
Where you may possibly have not changed your career due to fear or age.
Where do you need a career change?
And files will help you with your choices.
Your brain knows,
Your brain's working with your heart and your connection to Source.
So when those files come towards you,
Once again don't look at them,
Just feel them and carry them,
Follow them with your eyes up and over that arc we created to land on the right in the love pile.
And let's update those files,
Let's expand them with love,
Reset them.
Now when you come back to your brain this time,
Over on the left,
Ask it,
Ask it to find files on stereotyping,
Like technology stereotypes,
Race stereotypes,
Culture stereotypes,
Files that are in your system related to stereotyping.
Oh and when those files come towards you,
Once again you don't need to know what they are,
Just allow them to drift up and over that arc we created to land on the right in love.
To be updated,
To be refreshed and renewed.
Now when you come back,
When you come back to your brain on the left this time,
Ask it to find files on your value and your worth,
Maybe where you haven't felt valued or you've felt worthless.
So the positive and the negative,
Your brain will find those files.
And just see them as they come towards you and follow them with your inner eye up and over that arc we created to land on the right in the love pile.
To be updated,
To be refreshed and renewed.
Now when you come back to your brain this time,
Ask it,
Ask it to find files on programming for shame,
On shaming on body structure,
Gender-specific societal conditioning,
Programming for shame.
Shame creates inner guilt as well,
So let's add that in and give your brain time to go and find relatable files.
And as they come towards you,
Just allow them with love to go up and over that arc to land on the right in the love pile.
Where they'll be updated,
A new vibration installed,
Maybe archived if that's needed,
With love.
Now when you come back to your brain on the left this time,
Ask it if related to what we've been doing,
If it has any files personal to you that it would like to be refreshed,
Because it's been watching what we're doing and playing with us.
So just ask it for files related to what we've been doing,
Personal to you.
And then when they come towards you,
Feel them,
See them going up and over that arc to land on the right in the love pile.
To be refreshed,
Neutralized with love,
Updated and reset.
Now when you come back to your brain on the left this time,
Ask it to find files on wisdom,
Wisdom,
Finding files on wisdom.
And as those files come towards you,
See them going up and over that arc we created to land on the right in love.
To be expanded,
A new vibration installed.
Now come back to your brain on the left and ask it this time to find files on freedom and self-expression,
Freedom and self-expression.
And when the brain sends those files towards you,
Feel them,
See them going up and over that arc to land on the right in the love pile.
To be expanded,
To be nourished,
A new story told.
Now when you come back,
When you come back to your brain on the left this time,
Ask it to find files on your deeper purpose,
Your own deeper purpose.
Give your brain time to find the files on that.
And when they come towards you,
Feel them,
See them going up and over that arc to land on the right in love.
Now come back to your brain on the left and thank it for working with you today.
Thank it for being a strong member of your connection,
Your heart,
Your journey.
And ever so gently,
Ever so gently feel yourself sliding back into your body,
Sliding back into your body.
Don't come all the way back,
Not yet,
Because I want to take the vibrations in with you.
So as you come back into your body,
As you arrive,
Breathe in the vibrations that we've shifted.
Breathe them in,
Breathe them into your system and feel them on the out-breath land in your heart,
In your heart library,
The area where you hold all of your knowledge,
Your crystal center.
Breathing the vibrations that we created from the love pile,
Breathing them into your heart,
Landing them in your heart on the out-breath.
And let's invite our blood to help us carry these vibrations fully throughout the body.
So you're breathing the beautiful vibrations in,
Ask your blood as it travels through on every heartbeat to catch the new stories and transport them out into your system,
Landing them into every cell,
Every atom.
Transmuting the old into love and overlaying with these beautiful new vibrations,
Carrying your story in your cells,
This new vibration that you created today with your brain,
Your heart and your connection.
The vibrations come in on your breath,
Land in your heart library,
Your blood partners with you to carry it throughout your body and when your body is filled with all the new,
The energy carries out into your own energy field.
All of your new vibrations shining your light,
Beautifully magnetizing what you wish to come to you,
Your shine attracts what you want to you.
It just begins with your breath and filling your cells with the new vibrations and then expanding that new out into your field so you carry this shine,
This you brightly,
Shining out who you are.
And when you feel ready to come back,
Ever so gently wake your body up again,
Knowing that you've installed new vibrations into your system today.
Wiggle your toes a little bit,
Shrug your shoulders and just feel your body waking up a little bit and when you're ready come all the way back and come back to the here and now.
It's time to just be here.
