Welcome to your hypnotic tape on suggestions on sleeping well at the right time for you.

Please only play this when it is safe to do so.

And by listening to it frequently,

Daily or weekly,

It will help you to make positive changes as I will be reaching your subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy gives great results for in fact all sorts of issues.

Entering a trance state is also something we all do on a daily basis.

Daydreaming for example,

Engrossed in a very good book or your favourite programme on TV.

We are all capable of being hypnotised.

Now clinical hypnotherapy is of course for all sorts of health issues.

Helping all kinds of people of different ages or whatever the past has been in a natural way.

Yes I can access your subconscious and re-correct old bad habits and learn new positive habits on sleeping well at the right time for you.

Let's begin.

Preparation for your hypnosis of sleeping well begins with you and a place of privacy.

Please bring some water to refresh yourself at the end.

And choosing somewhere comfortable for laying down.

I would like you to really connect to my voice,

Listening to my voice.

And for any health and safety reasons you will naturally become fully alert back in the here and now.

Please get comfortable so that your entire body can become physically still.

In body warmth do you wish to add a blanket or pillow?

Remember we are looking to enter deep trance relaxation.

Please take a nice strong breath into the tummy.

And release.

Now with your eyes open begin to stare straight ahead.

Gazing,

Staring very gently,

Softly gaze with no body movement.

Keeping still.

And you are staring as if everything has stopped.

All pressures have stopped.

And when I count you up to five you will simply close your eyes.

And simply relax as deeply as possible at this moment.

Counting now.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Close,

Close the eyes.

Almost switching off.

Take a deep breath into the tummy.

Resting in this moment.

Now please reopen your eyes.

And once again begin to stare straight ahead.

Gazing,

Staring gently,

Softly gaze as still as can be.

Really still.

As if everything in this moment has truly stopped.

Gazing into nothingness.

Peaceful.

And this time when I count you up to five.

You will simply close those eyes.

And falling ten times deeper into relaxation.

Counting for you now.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Close,

Close those eyes.

And take a deep breath into the tummy.

Ten times deeper now into pure relaxation.

And finally,

Just one more time.

Open your eyes.

And begin to stare straight ahead.

Very still now.

Everything is on hold now.

Stopping everything for you right now.

And when things stop,

It's a sign to go to sleep.

Little sleepy eyes.

Switching off.

And when I count you up to five the final time.

You can really go into your deepest state.

Counting you up to five now.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Close.

Close your eyes completely.

Softly.

Gently closing those eyes.

And let them stay tightly shut.

Recharging themselves.

And working through this entire trance.

From a source of kindness.

Connecting to the very word.

Kindness to you.

Take a nice deep breath into the tummy.

And in your quiet mind,

Please repeat your first name three times now.

And now silently say in your mind your full name one time now.

Good.

We are beginning to connect to you.

And connecting once again to good sleeping patterns.

Then you can laugh at the old saying of how does he sleep at night.

As some people have extraordinary lives.

We don't always get on with everyone.

But everyone must sleep.

Even the Queen of England.

With all her royal commands.

Requires a sound sleep every night.

Well,

It's a bit like a contagious yarn.

Once someone does yarn.

You can't help yourself by yawning too.

And yawning is such a relief.

It's a bit like sleeping.

And it's often a sign to go to bed.

When one just can't stop yawning,

It's a very tender moment.

Full of innocence.

No words need to be said.

You just can see clearly that person is really quite sleepy.

Also a perfect night's sleep requires to acknowledge to yourself.

That I.

I lovingly release the day.

And I slip into peaceful sleep.

And tomorrow.

Now some days are very long.

Up to bedtime.

People go to bed.

Either physically tired or mentally tired.

It depends what you yourself do in the daytime.

But one thing is for sure.

Daylight.

Will only come day by day.

And exchange.

For nighttime.

Night by night.

In a sense,

The perfect balance.

The perfect balance day and night.

Light and dark.

Work and rest.

Talking and not talking.

Now everyone benefits from both.

Day has so many rewards.

Finding your happiness.

Living your life.

Full of wonderful things.

Sharing your life.

And then there's the benefits of night.

Has so many rewards.

Looking firstly better.

After a good night's sleep.

Physically recharging the body.

Ready to start the day.

With enough energy to last the whole day.

Now we all have a wonderful mind.

And expect on waking up in the morning.

After a good night's sleep.

To be fully charged.

In the sense we know what we are doing in the morning.

Everyone has a routine.

But what is really special about sleep.

We can all let go of this old day.

And enter often wonderful dreams.

Some people really enjoy dreaming.

In a way the mind is expressing itself.

Creatively.

And good dreams helps to keep the eyes shut.

And that head on the pillow.

And nicely under the bedsheets.

Plus problem solving can happen as we step back.

From the old day.

And let a night of sleep salt it out.

Seeing things clearer.

In the morning.

Now please take a deep breath in.

And when I count to four.

I will sort your sleeping for good.

One.

Two.

Three.

Four.

I am speaking for you.

I am sorting my life out.

By first sorting out my good sleeping patterns.

I surrender to night time sleeping.

I give my whole body its rest at night.

Bedtime.

I give my mind a rest from the old day.

Surrendering everything.

Bringing peace.

Peace to my mind.

As I rest my head on my pillow.

I rest my mind.

I enter into peace and quiet.

I bless myself from head to toe.

And I am at peace with myself.

I acknowledge everyone on every night is the same.

I sleep at one with myself.

And I am at peace with everyone.

As everyone is the same sleeping dreaming one by one.

And take each night and day one by one.

We are in a sense all connected as one.

We all share a day then a night.

And it is.

Amen.

Now I want you to connect now to how it feels in the mornings.

Yes,

How you should feel each morning waking up to a new day.

Feeling really refreshed.

Happy.

Ready to start the day.

Feeling really good.

Body good.

Mind good.

Emotions good.

Looking in the mirror.

Feeling great.

Fully alert.

Wide awake.

And on that note,

It is time to come back to the here and now.

I am counting you up to ten to reawaken back in the here and now.

Here we go.

One.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten.

Wake up now.

Wide awake.

Back in the here and now.

Eyes open.

Fully open.

Have a tiny stretch.

And please drink some water.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

And please.

Have a great day.

Have a wonderful day.

I hope you feel something.

Have a wonderful day.

So now,

Let's get some water.

Have a great day everyday.

And,

Of course,

Sleeping beautifully at night.
