Allow your eyes to comfortably close.

And sit back into the support beneath you.

Let your body soften into it.

As you do so,

Allow your mind to soften.

Breathe out what you no longer need to hold onto.

Let it flow out of your body.

Let it flow out of your mind.

Lighten your load.

And allow a space to open up around you that's just for you.

It can be as large as you like.

No one else can enter unless invited.

A space just for you.

A space just to breathe in.

A space just to be in.

A space where it's completely okay to be exactly as you are right now.

This space asks nothing of you.

Demands nothing from you.

It just is.

A just is space.

Filled with gentle just is-ness.

The just is-ness of the air on your skin.

The just is-ness of the tapestry of sounds around you.

The just is-ness of the horizons stretching into the distance.

And the height of sky above you.

Nothing demanded.

Nothing asked.

The spaciousness of just is-ness.

Lie back into the spaciousness of just is.

Like a water lily floating on a still,

Calm lake.

A beautiful lily floating effortlessly face upturn to the sun.

Your leaves spread around you.

Just being.

Enough.

Just as you are.

Nothing asked of you.

Nothing demanded.

Your beauty filling the space.

Nature totally accepting you.

Celebrating you.

At one with life.

As you effortlessly give off life and take in life.

Life flowing through and around you.

Complete.

Perfect.

Just as you are.

Breathe the beauty of your lily into your heart.

Let it nourish your heart.

Breathe the beauty of your lily into your mind.

Let it nourish your mind.

Breathe the beauty of your lily into your body.

Let it nourish your body.

Breathe the beauty of your lily into yourself.

Let it nourish yourself.

Breathe the beauty of your lily into your spirit.

Let your spirit be nourished.

And know that you are as every bit as beautiful as your lily.

Every bit as special.

Just as you are right now.

Its beauty is a reflection of your own inner beauty and your own unique qualities.

The life force in the air around you accepts you completely.

And its only directive is for you to flourish and be all you can be.

Absorb your lily into you.

And sense the space around you that's just for you.

Spacious in its just is-ness.

Let the just is-ness flow in and out on your breath like healing balm.

And let the lily you carry within you be a reminder that you are enough.

That you are beautiful.

That you are special just as you are.
