Allow your eyes to comfortably close.

In your own time,

Breathe out and sit back.

Allow your mind and your body to soften.

Allow the way you are engaging with this moment to soften.

Sit back into the steady support beneath you.

Let it take your weight.

As you let that happen,

Become aware of the weight and volume of your physical body.

Its movements as you breathe.

Let everything be there.

Come down into the expansion of the in-breaths.

The release of the out-breath.

Notice you are breathing in from somewhere.

And out again into somewhere.

Let everything be there.

Allow the space to open up around you.

Take as much as you need.

And breathe out all the shoulds,

Shouldn'ts,

And should've-dans you've been carrying.

Just sit back onto the steadiness beneath you.

Your breath ebbing and flowing.

In your own time,

Become aware of the softness of the air at your cheek.

Beside you.

In this moment.

Let it be there.

And allow your attitude to soften to yourself.

As you do so,

Imagine or sense that you are surrounded by a supportive nest.

All the way around you.

A nest that's lined with gentle softness.

The warmth of kindness.

Understanding.

And pure love.

Enfolding you here.

In this moment.

Lead the way around you.

Breathe in and out the beautiful warmth of your nest.

Allow its supportive energy to flow around you.

And within you.

Take its healing deep into the cells of your body.

Each cell based in kindness,

Understanding,

And pure love.

In your own time.

Invite into your nest the things in your life that are positive.

No matter how simple or small.

Enjoy the positive energy.

Breathe it deep.

Allow it to nourish you.

Come into your tail.

Painting to our senses.

Let it bathe your heart.

Your mind.

Your mind.

Your spirit.

Your spirit.

Your spirit.

Your rest in your nest.

Lean back into its support.

And allow yourself to just be for a while.

Gently notice what happens when you allow yourself to feel supported and nourished.
