Today's meditation will help you prepare and motivate you for the day ahead,
Using a combination of practices,
Including mindfulness,
Grounding,
Gratitude,
Affirmations,
And loving-kindness.
Allow your eyes to comfortably close.
Breathe out down the full length of your body,
Letting it release what it no longer needs to carry.
In your own time,
Become aware of the surface directly beneath your body.
Sense the solid support of the ground meeting your body's weight.
Breathe up from the ground,
Drawing the power of earth energy up into your body.
Up into your mind.
Let it energize and recharge you for the day ahead.
In your own time,
Become aware of the sensation of air entering your nostrils and leaving.
Notice the movements your body makes as you breathe.
The expansion of the in.
The release of the out.
Notice your breathing in from the space around you.
In this moment here,
This new morning,
Welcome the new day.
Sense out to the natural world around you,
All of nature alive in this moment.
Breathe its energy into you.
Uplifting.
Renewing.
Let it fill you up from top to toe for the coming day.
Allow your heart energy to open to loving kindness.
Let the loving kindness radiate through the whole of your body.
And surround you in its warm glow.
Know that loving kindness will be there with you.
There for you.
Throughout your day.
To sustain,
Nourish,
And protect you in all that you do.
Give thanks for this new day.
In your own time.
Come back to the ebb and flow of your breath.
The steady support beneath you.
When you are ready,
You can draw this meditation to a close and move forward into your day with all the resources you need within you.
