The intention of this practice is to shift your nervous system state from sympathetic to parasympathetic, or in other words, from an activated state to one of a more balanced, relaxed, and rested state. This is a helpful practice for when you find yourself over stimulated or anxious. I will be guiding you through somatic techniques that use sound, touch, subtle movement, and awareness. All you will need for this meditation is a comfortable and safe place to practice, with simply enough space to sit or lay down.
