Welcome to the intention meditation You can do it in seated position with your spine straight or laying down in your bed Just make sure you'll not sleep We'll try to bring our awareness to this moment Feeling how our body touches the floor or the pillow,
The mat Starting to be aware of our breath We're not changing anything,
Just being aware There is a small gap between our breath Observing that gap In that gap nothing is happening In that gap nothing is happening It's important that our face muscles are relaxed Our forehead is relaxed Now visualizing our intention Visualizing it really with details And we visualize ourself in that intention How we are acting,
What we are wearing,
What changed Now trying to bring the feelings if the intention already happened How it feels,
What we feel at that moment Bringing that feelings inside of ourself And trying even to make them bigger,
To feel them more We're visualizing our life when the intention already happened And having that feelings that we are already there Now we can imagine that from the sky big transparent ball is coming down to us And we're allowed to put our visualization and feelings all together in that ball And we're holding with our hands the ball,
Feeling that we're blessing it Trying to bring the affirmation that I deserve it I deserve it And now we're letting go the ball,
Looking how it slowly goes back to the sky,
To the universe Being sure that it will come back to us in our reality Now having again couple of deep breaths And feeling aware of our breath,
What arises inside of us And we slowly start to move our toes,
Our fingers,
Stretch out the body once We will put our hands on our closed eyes and just press them couple of times And feeling gratitude towards whatever we already have I guarantee you if you do this meditation everyday in one month,
Magic will start to happen in your life Thank you,
