Find a quiet,

Comfortable place for yourself It can be lying down on your mat or simply on your bed If you prefer to sit,

Just be sure that your spine is straight We'll start with a couple of deep breaths Inhale with nose and exhale with mouth Letting go every thought Inhale with nose and exhale with mouth If there are sounds coming up while exhaling,

Just let it be how it naturally flows And one last time,

Inhale and exhale Letting go everything that cuts us from the moment,

From now,

The only time that exists Try with every exhalation to relax your body even more Scan your body with your mind and see if you have blocks or maybe places in your body that are not relaxed and consciously relax that part Just telling yourself that it is safe space to be completely relaxed and to surrender to what it comes Let my voice be your guidance to your real self Maybe sometimes we're deep into this ego games and we're forgetting about our divine self Trying to go to this empty place with our minds Letting our weight to be even more heavy,

Knowing that the floor or our bed or wherever we're sitting or lying will completely support us We'll start with forgiveness,

Forgiving ourself and maybe some person that we have intense relationship with We can imagine that person and feel acceptance Trying to feel love and maybe affirmation to that person or ourselves I love you,

I fully forgive you,

I'm grateful for you Beyond the thoughts,

Beyond the emotions,

Beyond time and space We're all one divine being Trying to connect with that divinity Most important part of connection is our open heart When we're in a vulnerable space with our heart open When we're honest and naked with our soul Then we will feel this connection It's who you are,

It is who you really are You are a divine,

Pure being,

Having human experience This divine being that you are is always there forever and ever We're busy in our minds so much that we started to disconnect with this divine essence Trying to relax and go into empty space We give ourself a chance to connect with this beautiful energy that we are Trying to connect again with our breath Feeling deeply every hour,

Inhale and exhale And we start slowly to move our toes,

Fingers,

To hear the sounds around And now we can put our hands to our heart In one moment give ourself time to speak with our heart To feel it and to be in total acceptance how our heart feels Maybe having a nice conversation with our heart It works for us every day and it loves Also heart has its own intelligence Because heart always knows what we really want Connecting with our heart,

Feeling it more will give us opportunity to know where we are Where is our right way,

Where are right people to be with What we really,

Really want,

Heart will show And telling to the heart that we're sorry That sometimes we ignore or are not so grateful for the every bit of it And telling to our heart that we love I love you,

I love you so much And slowly opening our eyes Same time keeping this peace and love state with us during our day Even spreading if we can Coming back to this meditation will completely shift your reality I'm here for you,
