You're welcome,
Dear soul.
Please get comfortable sitting or laying down.
Let your hands rest,
Just knowing that you're in a safe space to close your eyes,
Just soften your gaze.
In this moment,
There is nothing to do,
There is nothing to fix,
Achieve or figure out.
In this moment,
You can simply be.
Take one slow,
Deeper inhale,
And long exhale with your mouth,
If there is any sounds coming out while you exhale,
Please allow them to be,
They help us to release.
Be aware of the support beneath you,
Notice where your body is held,
Notice your breathing without wanting to change it,
Just noticing it.
As we feel anxious or stressed,
It means we live in the future,
And right now we are trying to bring our awareness to the moment,
The reality that exists.
Let the inhale receive and let the exhale release.
And if you feel still anxiety,
Not fight with it,
Just notice it and welcome it in your body,
Sometimes resistance creates more pain,
And just allowing it to be,
And for healing something we can do it through it or connecting with it,
Remembering that you are in a safe space,
To just allow things to be how they are,
And allowing authentic expression at the moment,
If you feel something is coming out,
Like an emotion living in this world,
As humans we sometimes cannot process all the emotions we have,
So they stuck in our body and might come out when we really relax and let go,
And allowing us to feel them,
To be seen,
To welcome them,
Even if it's something we call negative,
It's just a vibration,
And allowing us to feel it or surrendering to it,
It's how we heal it.
And in this moment there is nothing to do,
We can just be,
And it's so enough.
If there is some thoughts coming out,
Try not to get involved,
Keep your awareness in a moment,
In your body,
In the sensations,
In the emotions,
Vibrations,
Whatever is alive in this moment for you.
Now bring your awareness to your physical body,
Do you really feel when it starts and when it finishes or it's being mixed with the space you are in,
Or you really feel when your body finishes and the space starts.
I will invite you to soften your forehead and relax your jaw,
Being aware that your teeth are separate and you are not pressing them towards each other.
Also relax your shoulders,
If you are laying down,
Feel how heavy they are,
And just allow the floor to support them.
And if you are sitting,
Just drop a little bit down and feel the movements in your body,
In stillness,
The physical movement is your breath movement,
The movements that are created from your breath.
Maybe your chest goes a little up,
Your belly goes up and down while you are breathing.
Whatever you feel,
Even if it's not so comfortable feeling,
Just be with it,
Without any struggle,
Without any resistance or fight,
Just allow things to be how they are.
I am with you and you are so allowed to be here,
We are all safe enough in this moment,
Knowing that you are not your thoughts,
You are not your history,
You are the one who notices things,
You are not the anxiety,
It is an experience moving through you.
And under everything there is your awareness,
Which is quiet.
This moment is where you want to be,
You can rest in what it is and you belong here.
I feel you.
Notice how breathing happens by itself,
Life is leaving you without an effort.
In this world where we think that everything comes with effort,
Maybe it's not,
Maybe everything comes with a surrender.
Take a fuller inhale right now and long soft exhale.
Feel the surface beneath you again,
Feel your hands and your feet and gently start to wiggle,
Move your fingers and your toes and when you are ready you can slightly open your eyes,
Remembering that you can always come to the space where you can just be in a safer container.
Just maybe putting your hands on your heart,
Feeling gratitude,
Feeling your heart beating,
Feeling gratitude for your heart and for this practice,
That you did something good to yourself.
Also during the day you can always come to this space,
Maybe connecting with your breath because it's something that is always happening and it's the bridge to the moment now,
Because usually emotions or states are connected with thoughts and thoughts are mostly from past or from future,
So bringing yourself in the moment is something beautiful you can always do.
