Close your eyes and relax your shoulders.

Relax your eyes,

The muscles around your eye.

Relax your lips,

The muscles around your lips.

And relax your heart.

Only even for a few minutes,

You don't have to be any certain way or do anything.

Just be and breathe in your body.

Imagine yourself in a tunnel of light.

Imagine this tunnel of light is shining so brightly with maximum capacity.

Imagine the nourishing and calming energy of this tunnel of light.

And allow your breathing to go deeper and deeper.

With each exhale,

Imagine anything that doesn't belong to you leaving your body through this tunnel of light being recycled.

Find the sparkle of light at the center of your heart.

And with each breath,

Feel that sparkle of light shining brighter and brighter.

Allow this nourishing energy from your heart to envelope your whole stomach.

Wearing and cleansing anything that doesn't belong to you.

Feel your stomach is being filled with white light.

Calming,

Relaxing and healing white light.

And with each inhale,

Imagine this white light is soothing all the tissues in your stomach.

Ask this white light to heal your DNA and your cellular memory.

Bringing everything back no more.

Open up your heart to receive the healing energy of love,

Honesty and acceptance.

And with your exhale,

Send this energy to your esophagus,

Releasing anything that doesn't belong to you.

Allow your heart to relax in forgiveness.

And allow your esophagus to be soothed in the feeling of self-acceptance and self-love.

Feel the healing white light enveloping your whole torso.

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your head spreading out happiness and joy.

And releasing with each exhale anything that doesn't belong to you and anything that doesn't serve you any longer.

Inhale,

Feel this white light expanding in your heart,

Into your belly.

And exhale,

Allow this white light to soothe your cellular memory.

Fearing and cleansing all the past traumas.

Bringing love and forgiveness to yourself and everyone in love.

Allow this white light to shower your whole belly,

Your internal organs,

Your kidneys soothing your fear and anxiety.

Washing away any worries.

And calming your adrenal glands.

And with your next inhale,

Allow this white light to penetrate through your liver.

Slowly opening up the vessels in your liver in a way that is most beneficial to you.

Clearing any anger,

Any feeling of betrayal,

Not being wanted.

And as you exhale,

Just surrender your body to this healing white light.

Allow this white light to soothe your uterus,

Your ovaries,

And your large and small intestine.

As you inhale,

Feel this white light getting brighter and brighter in your intestine,

Releasing any feeling of shame and guilt.

And exhale,

Allow your body to be washed with this white light.

Inhale,

Relax your spine and allow the white light to penetrate through your spine,

Radiating,

Soothing white.

And exhale,

Feel your whole back being rejuvenated and healed.

Inhale,

Allow your heart to relax.

And exhale,

Open up to receive this healing energy that is flowing through your body at this very moment.

Remind yourself that you are love.

Remind yourself that you are enough.

That you are washed,

Full,

And protected.

Allow this healing energy to flow through your legs,

Your knees,

And your feet,

Connecting you to Mother Earth.

Remind yourself that you have the right to be here.

And when you're ready,

Slowly move your toes and fingers.

And prepare yourself to come back,

Slowly opening your eyes.
