Sit comfortably and close your eyes,

Find your breath,

The breath of life,

The breath of freedom.

Allow your breath to settle deeply in your body,

Bringing a new sense of calm and freedom.

Relax with your heart and allow your breath to soften your heart.

Ask yourself,

Who are you if you don't fear life?

Who are you if you face your fears in life?

Allow your heart to open up and expand behind the fear,

Behind the limitations that your mind creates in your life.

With each inhale,

Feel your heart opening up and expanding,

Feel the surge of energy at the center of your chest,

Spreading throughout your whole torso with each breath.

Feel this expansion in your arms,

In your neck,

In your head,

In your spine,

In your pelvis,

In your legs and in your feet.

Allow your heart to expand behind your body,

Behind this lifetime,

Overreaching all the lifetimes that you lived in fear.

Allow the life force in your heart to dissolve the fear into love.

Expand your heart and allow this love to be projected to the future.

Expand your heart behind time and space,

Allowing for your life force to penetrate and form all your actions in the past,

Present and future.

Project to yourself in the future,

5 years from now.

Notice the growth that your soul experienced in this 5 year.

Ask your future self for any advice that might be helpful for you today.

When you're ready,

Come back to your heart,

Feel your heart expanded and open,

Relax in the present moment,

Stay with your breath and feel the life force within your body.

Put one hand on your heart and thank yourself for dedicating this time to yourself.

Feel the stream of life in your body,

Feel the gratitude in your heart for being alive.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and connect to this feeling of expansion and love within you.
