Put one hand on your heart and feel the quality of presence in your heart.
Notice if your heart is open or closed,
Constricted or relaxed.
Imagine a golden sun at the center of your heart,
Nourishing your whole body with nurturing and loving sun ray.
As you inhale,
Feel the sun shining brighter and brighter in your heart,
Dissolving and releasing anything that doesn't belong to you.
Allow the sun to bring the remembrance of your godly essence.
And allow that remembrance to radiate through all your veins,
Your skeleton system,
And your cells,
Penetrating into your cellular memory of belonging and connection to your true essence.
Allow your heart to remember the love of your own heart.
Allow your heart to remember the love that you were born with,
The love that's within you.
Feel that love in your heart and allow that love to shower your whole body with compassion and forgiveness.

Notice if there is any heart wall around your heart to protect you from getting hurt.
Notice if there is any emotion associated with these heart walls that you might have built around your heart.

Simply hold a loving presence for these feelings.
Be your best friend and hold the loving space with compassion and mercy for yourself.
Allow yourself to feel your emotions.

Release any story of being a victim of an interaction,
Of circumstances,
And claim back your power.
Allow yourself to release your emotions.
And with the power of love within your heart,
Dissolve your heart walls.
Free your heart from fear of intimacy and of getting hurt.

Allow yourself to be guided to set healthy boundaries and connect with your emotions.
So when a challenging interaction comes up in your life,
You can easily navigate it in peace,
Learning the lessons,
And moving on.
