Breathe in and breathe out.
What is it that you need right now?
Find more ease and peace.
How can you soften into your body and find more relaxation in your entire being?
Is it time for you to take a step back and relax?
Or do you have an intention to move forward and take action?
Maybe you just want to be for a moment.
Take your space and be.
Allow yourself to be here fully and completely.
Be here and feel yourself,
Experience yourself and through experiencing yourself experience life at this very moment.

What do you sense?
Take a breath in and a breath out.
Settle into yourself and relax.
Don't worry about whatever you will do next because you are here now to experience this.
Release yourself from future and past.
Get to know you now.
Breathe in deeply and sigh out completely.
What will you take with you?
What will you release?
And with another breath in and another sigh out,
Release completely.
What does no longer serve,
Does no longer serve.
Be here,
Be now.
Slowly bring your attention back to the room.
Open your eyes and feel renewed.

What did you release?
Slowly invite back some movement in your body.
Move your hands and feet,
Your shoulders,
Your head.
Move in whichever way you like and be back in the new now.
