What a great way to start your day.
Thank you for being here.
Take a comfortable position,
Sitting or laying down.
But if you're laying down,
Be careful you don't fall asleep again.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Let's take a deep breath in and a big sigh out together.
Let's do that again.
And one last time.
The sun is rising again,
We're starting a new day together.
You might have a busy or scary day ahead,
Or a peaceful one,
With not that many tasks or maybe even a very exciting day with new things or things you love.
But whatever this day brings,
It's more about how you can stay connected and feel at ease and at peace with yourself.
When you feel calm,
Your day will be calm,
No matter the appointments,
No matter the tasks ahead.
I invite you to take another deep breath in and a deep breath out through your nose.
How does your body feel?
Do you feel rested?
Or do you feel tired?
Just become aware of what you feel.
Are there any thoughts popping by?
Do you feel any tension mentally or physically?
Can you feel your breath?
Can you bring some more ease to the places and thoughts and sensations that feel tense?
Take a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your nose.
Take some time to set an intention for today.
Today I'll be calm and centered.
Today I cultivate love for myself and everyone around me.
Today I cultivate abundance.
Take your time to set an intention.
Throughout this day know that whatever will happen,
Night will come again and a new day will be upon you.
When you feel tense today or you walk into a situation that challenges you,
Take a breath in,
Take a breath out.
Take it one breath at a time.
Bring yourself back to your intention.
