So I woke up today feeling frustrated and noticing that I really wanted some time to just be still and tune in and receive through meditation what I need to focus on most today to really fulfill my purpose and to be in alignment with what I came here to do.
And I started to feel frustrated because my mind was running through the list of tasks of things that I need to do and create for my business that just seems like I never have enough time to finish it all.
And I started scanning my phone and doing meaningless tasks that kept me distracted from that frustration.
And I listened to a podcast and the message from that podcast was to focus not so much on how much you can do and pushing what you're trying to create but to just be present and to measure my accomplishment not by what I have done but by how aware and present I was in every moment to be really connected in those moments.
And so my goal today is to sit in meditation as long as I can and receive those clear messages about what it is that wants to come through instead of what I think I must do today.
So take a moment to find a comfortable seat and take a few big deep breaths and really allow yourself to get into a space of just receiving and listening to this message that came through in my meditation today.
While sitting in this nothingness,
Do you see now the God source,
The light that creates,
The spark that spreads,
Do you sense and feel the expansiveness of space?
Do you see the many light bodies,
The energy shining,
The heavenly bodies that float and radiate from all corners of space and time?
This is what you are.
The light is shining brighter than ever before.
Your harmony is your home.
And wherever you desire to create harmony is where your intention will take you.
And that will be your home.
Your lights have been bouncing around the universe for many years.
Many a lifetime experiences,
Many forms,
Starting from the darkness and awareness,
Becoming aware of this darkness,
Of this calm,
Still space of nothingness.
From your desire and your curiosity to expand and create,
A spark of light was formed from the friction of your vibration,
Which created a spark.
And the more you became aware that you could create light from the spark,
From the desire of wanting to expand,
The more the light expanded and grew.
You began to create heavenly bodies of light,
Beautiful dancing colors,
Going from white to shades of gray,
Shifting into darker hues,
Of darker grays,
Becoming so dark it was purple,
And then purples into blues,
And all through the color-like spectrum.
So many rays of colors that you've never seen through human eyes,
Just stretching and playing with these lights and shadows and colors like Plato,
Kaleidoscope of Plato,
Just enjoying these beautiful,
What you might call paintings in the heavens.
And then you started to notice other parts of consciousness,
And you noticing their creations,
And you wanted to play together more.
You wanted to really create a beautiful scenery that you both could enjoy and participate in together.
This is what created the world that you live in now,
And your creativity has gone far.
Some might say too far,
But when you realize that that spark of light that you focus on becomes a greater spark of light,
Becomes different shapes and colors and hues in your reality and your awareness and your experience,
And remember that this is how it also works in your earth plane.
You've forgotten how powerful you are,
You've forgotten how to create and co-create with the light.
It's like using paint.
It's that simple.
Paint the picture and it will come to life,
But you must use light to do so.
The darkness is simply nothing.
Everything returns to nothingness.
So yes,
Darkness destroys because the darkness in itself is nothing.
It is the space in between the light bodies.
And so an attempt to balance the universe,
The darkness destroys things back to nothing.
Just as your,
What some may call your human shadow,
Your inner darkness,
All of those unhealed parts of and hurt parts of you,
They are simply trying to destroy and obliterate parts of you that are not your light.
They are simply bringing attention to things that need to be released into the ether to be obliterated,
The false self.
And the only way to do that is to connect with your co-creative light and create what it is that brings you love and joy.
And to clarify,
You are the darkness too.
You are the nothingness.
You are that ether.
But you are also a creator of light with light and you can create anything that brings you joy and love.
Anything other than that is not who you are.
It's not why you came here.
And so when you want to go into a place of peace,
You can relax and avoid of nothingness into the empty space in between things that existed before.
Before your cells of energy rub together to create a spark of light from that emptiness,
That void,
You have created this world together,
Simply wanting to experience and play together with your kaleidoscope,
Plato.
This is the power and ability you have to create the world that you desire,
The life that you desire.
This is why you came here.
There's no end.
There's no beginning.
There's no purpose even other than to enjoy creating and co-creating with light for the sake of love and enjoyment.
That is your only purpose.
That is the only reason you came here.
So use that ability and that power to connect with the light and paint your world and the picture that you desire it to be with this light.
Imagine stretching it like Plato to create the shapes and the forms that you want and it shall be.
And it will be so.
It's that easy.
But also know that that light must be backed with love only.
It is powered up by your feelings.
So be in check with your own feelings when you're attempting to create something new because it will either create a falsehood and a shadow reality or it will create a reality of love and harmony and ease and union and happiness and joy and beautiful colors.
Kaleidoscope light and Plato that you can mold and shape any way you like.
Light is love.
So is the darkness and the emptiness.
Your intention and your emotions is what creates the experience with either.
One is a place of quiet,
Peace,
Solitude and nothingness.
And another is of creation.
Your perception of the dark is skewed.
The only darkness that you perceive is the shadow self that you create.
Because you do not believe in and remember your own power and your ability to connect with God's source and the nothingness and the darkness or to create with a spark of light from your curiosity and your joy to play with others.
Now go out and experience and play with the light.
And create with your own spark of light and create the world as you would envision it to be.
