Sometimes it's hard to wake up, hard to get out of bed. This meditation is for those days. When you just want to hit snooze 1,000 times or when you feel like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, use this audio to shift your day. Some days we just start in a funk, but this exercise will help you move through that so your funk doesn't ruin your day.
