Own perripping liquid light into your body. Imagine that personal sun brings warmth and light and it breaks away any kind of tension or tightness in your body. Just imagine it dripping through the rest of your body all the way to your toes to fill each of them up individually moving into the bottoms of your feet and ankles. Imagine that liquid sunlight dripping down into your body and filling you up, Taking away any tension, Taking away any tension, Bringing just warmth and light to your body. Moving up past your belly button into your chest and your upper back, Breaking away any lingering tension that might be there, Any tightness, Filling yourself up with liquid gold. Imagine the sunlight dripping into each of your fingers, Moving into the palms of your hands, Imagine them getting warmer and lighter, Filling with that liquid light. Moving into your wrists now, Filling up your lower arm, Imagine that sunlight dripping into your elbows, Breaking away any final tension in your shoulders as it fills up your neck. Imagine that filling you from the inside, Any tension moving up through your pores, Creating a full of light, Warm and here for as long as feels good to you.
