Hello and welcome to Levitate.
I'm Ryan Nell and today we are going to be putting together everything we've learnt and setting an intention for how we want to move forward.
So with me find a really comfy position.
Let's take a deep slow breath in.
A long slow breath out.
As you close your eyes.
We're breathing in calm and we're breathing out stress.
Take your hands and place them on your belly.
Feeling the sensation of your breath beneath your fingertips.
Just to help you connect with the movement of your breath.
And whenever your attention wanders to thoughts or sounds or sensations.
I simply want you to gently let them go and drift your awareness back to your breath.

Next I'd like to invite you to connect with how your heart is feeling.
Take one hand or both and just rest them gently on top of your heart.
Feeling it beat beneath your fingertips.
Reminding it that you're always there for it.
Just as it's always there for you.
Each time you drift to thought or sound or sensation.
Simply return to the feeling of your heart.
Let them go and drift your awareness back to your breath.

In this moment is trust.
Trust that your heart will beat its next beat.
Trust that the next breath will come into you.
And silently repeat after me.
I trust.

Trust that your heart already contains the answers you seek.
That it is full of wisdom.
That it is here with you on this journey to guide you.
From who you've been.
To who you are.
To the incredible person you're becoming.
Let's invite in an intention.
Something just for you.
Something you'd like to see flourish in the days or weeks or months or year ahead.
As we plant that intention like a seed in the fertile soil of your heart.
Let's leave the details up to the universe.
Trust that this intention will flourish and blossom effortlessly.
As long as you stay connected to your heart.
Grounding yourself in the present moment.
And not getting too caught up in the events of the past or your plans for the future.
Rather connecting to the present moment.
Your life.
As you live it.

As you start to bring a little movement back into your fingers and toes.
