Coming to a comfortable seat,
Elongating the spine,
Slightly dropping the chin.
And in this meditation,
We're going to bring our awareness to our breath.
We're going to be breathing deeply into the belly.
And through this meditation,
It's going to help us bring our awareness to everything that we do.
So let's set the intention to be present.
There will be a few moments of silence at the end,
And then you will hear my voice gently guiding you back out.
Go ahead and place a hand on your belly,
And breathe deep into your belly and feel it rise like a big Buddha belly,
Or like a balloon that's inflating.
And then exhale.
Go ahead and inhale,
And exhale.
And continue doing this at your own pace.
Just know that by doing this,
We're oxygenating our entire blood system.
We're sending precious pranic energy to every cell and molecule in your body right now.
They say that our body has two brains.
We have one in our head,
Of course,
But we also have one in our gut,
Where there's a major clump of nerves that sends very important energy back up to our other brain.
So by breathing deeply into our belly,
We're sending so much information back and forth,
Flowing freely on our breath.
By bringing our awareness to our breath right now,
We're letting go of the stresses from our past and the anxiety on the future.
So just know that you can take this practice with you anytime you're experiencing these discomforts.
Go ahead and take a few breaths on your own,
Listening to the soft sound of the crystal bowl.
Bringing your awareness back to the room,
Noticing any shifts that may have happened through the awareness of your breath or from the power of the sound.
Feel free to stay here and meditation for a moment longer.
And if you choose to carry on with your day,
Take this peace and relaxation with you for the rest of the day.
Thank you.
