The intention of this recording is to help you sleep better.

Please make sure you're in a safe and comfortable environment whenever you listen to this recording.

If you want to use this recording to help you fall asleep,

Please make sure you have finished your preparations and your device is in a safe place.

Right now you can go ahead,

Just make yourself comfortable and take in a deep letting go breath in through nose and out through mouth.

That's right.

And as you close your eyes right now,

You can take your attention completely inside as every sound,

Every thought,

Every feeling,

Everything you notice simply becomes part of this experience allowing you to become more focused inside and going deeper and deeper relaxed naturally with every breath you take.

In a moment I'm going to have you open and close your eyes a few times.

Just allow yourself to notice it is as if each time you open and close your eyes you can go a little deeper inside.

So right now you can go ahead and gently open your eyes and close your eyes.

Imagine that number 10 in whatever size or color the number may be.

Just imagine that number moving further and further away from you as it becomes smaller and smaller in the meantime.

Just allow yourself to imagine that number moving,

Gliding away.

It is as if the space between you and that number is expanding.

That's right.

Allow yourself to notice as that number moves so far away,

It just turns into a point.

It's so difficult to see it just disappears and all there is is space for you.

A sense of openness from within and allow yourself to imagine right now a wonderful wave of relaxation going from the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet.

That's right.

And now you can go ahead and gently open your eyes and close your eyes.

9.

Imagine that number in whatever size or color it may be.

Just imagine that number moving further and further away from you as it becomes smaller and smaller.

Some people notice as the number is gliding away,

There is more sense of calmness arising from within.

It feels as if it's quieting down,

Feeling more relaxed.

As the number becomes so far away,

You can just allow it to fade away.

And taking your attention back to yourself,

Notice a wonderful sense of space.

Some people notice a sense of openness from within,

A sense of relief as you imagine a wonderful wave of relaxation going from the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet.

That's right.

And now you can go ahead and gently open your eyes and close your eyes.

Imagine that number moving further and further away as it becomes smaller and smaller in the meantime.

Just simply allow yourself to imagine what it is like having more space.

Notice the space between you and that number expanding.

9.

Just allow yourself to notice how that number moves so far away,

Simply fades away like a smoke.

It's too difficult to see anyway.

Allow yourself to take your attention back to how you are feeling right now as you imagine a wonderful wave of relaxation taking you even deeper from the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet.

That's right.

Some people notice they are breathing deeper.

It is as if every word you hear takes you a little deeper as you go ahead and gently open your eyes and close your eyes.

Imagine that number moving further and further away as it becomes smaller and smaller in the meantime.

That's right.

Our mind loves repetition.

Allow yourself to notice each time when you do it,

It just becomes easier and easier to allow that number to move away.

Notice more space for you as that number just simply fading away.

Allow yourself to imagine a wonderful wave of relaxation going from the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet.

In whatever way that feels right,

Allow yourself to notice what it feels like to go even deeper,

Having the relaxation sink in to every muscle,

Every breath you take.

It's taking you deeper.

That's right.

Now you can go ahead and gently open your eyes and close your eyes.

Imagine that number,

6 in whatever size or color it may be,

Just imagine that number moving further and further away as it becomes smaller and smaller.

That's right.

Allow yourself to notice the space between you and that number moving so far away,

Expanding the space for you.

Allow yourself to notice as that number is moving so far away,

Just simply fading,

Disappearing like a smoke.

And all that matters is you,

Right now,

Imagining a wonderful wave of relaxation going from the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet.

That's right.

See,

Relaxation feels different for different people.

Some people,

Relaxation feels like a sense of buoyancy,

Like a floating feeling.

They may feel light,

Even weightlessness.

For some people,

Relaxation is a comfortable sense of heaviness sinking in.

For some people,

Relaxation is like a concept in the mind that slowly translates into a relaxed body.

Now,

It doesn't really matter how you are relaxing right now.

All you need to do is allow yourself to notice what it feels like to continue going deeper with every word you hear.

There are many different ways that you can relax.

One of those ways is to move your mind.

It is as if wherever you bring your attention to,

Relaxation follows.

So right now,

I'd like you to go ahead and bring all of your attention to your eyelids and notice how they feel.

It's a very natural thing to have our eyes closed when we relax,

And that's why we fall asleep having eyes closed.

There are a lot of small muscles around those eyelids,

And in order to open our eyes,

You need to tense up those muscles and spend extra energy.

So what I'd like you to do right now is to use the power of your mind to make a simple decision.

Just go ahead and decide to hold on to the relaxation on those eyelids,

And that means you are not going to spend any extra energy on those eyelids,

And those eyelids are just naturally and comfortably becoming so relaxed that they just want to stay shut in the way that feels right to you.

It is as if you're turning off a phone or turning off a TV.

You are turning off the muscles around those eyelids when you choose to relax.

Simply allow yourself to notice what it feels like having those eyelids becoming so relaxed that they just want to stay that way.

That's right,

And this relaxation is expanding from your eyelids to all your facial muscles,

Your forehead,

Your temple.

Allow yourself to notice what it feels like to drop your jaw.

That's right,

Just allow yourself to decide to completely relax all your facial muscles,

And notice what does it feel like having your neck and shoulders completely relaxed.

It is as if you're receiving a wonderful deep massage,

Hitting all the right points,

Allowing you to continue going deeper,

All the weight lifted,

Letting go.

Simply allow yourself to notice how good it feels like,

Noticing the relaxation perhaps in your arms,

Your hands.

Maybe notice the relaxation in your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your legs,

And all the way down to the bottom of your feet.

See,

Relaxation is very good for you.

It's very much like a spa for your mind and your body that allows your mind and your body to experience all the benefits.

Readjusting,

Rejuvenating,

And reconnecting right now as I count from five down to one.

Allow yourself to imagine it is as if you're walking down a beautiful staircase of relaxation with every step you take,

Taking you deeper and deeper relaxed.

If you ever notice yourself drifting away to sleep,

Just simply allow it to happen.

Five.

Relaxing much,

Much.

Allow yourself to notice what it feels like to relax into the space between each breath,

Noticing what it feels like relaxing into the space between each word you hear.

Three.

The deeper you go,

The better you feel,

And the better you feel,

The deeper and deeper you go.

Just allow yourself to notice how good it feels.

Continue.

Go.
