Begin again — exactly where you are. This poem is inspired by Yoga Sutra 1.1: Atha Yogānuśāsanam Now, the teaching of Yoga begins. The first word of the Yoga Sutras is Atha — now. It reminds us that the path does not begin when life is perfect, when the mind is quiet, or when we finally feel ready. It begins in this very moment. This short reflective poem is an invitation to stop waiting for a better time, a better version of yourself, or a more perfect beginning. Every breath offers a doorway back to practice, presence, and inner renewal. You are also warmly invited to join the Living the Yoga Sutras group here on Insight Timer to explore the sutras, share reflections, ask questions, and access related practices. Atha. Now. Begin again.
