Find a comfortable position.
You might wish to lie down with your hands folded over your heart,
Or sit up supported by a meditation cushion with your spine straight,
Hands resting on your thighs.
Take a deep breath and focus your attention on the breath as it moves in and out of your body.
Notice the sensation of the breath entering the body at the nose,
In the back of the throat,
Notice the gentle rise and fall of the chest,
And the gentle filling and emptying of the abdomen.
Allow your mind to fully focus on the breath,
And become aware of your internal space.
You may notice sensations in your chest and in your belly.
Allow yourself to gently notice without judgment,
With interest,
With curiosity.
Now moving your attention to your body to release any tension.
Relax the space between your eyes and around your eyes.
Relax your jaw,
Let the teeth separate.
Focus your attention and relaxation into the shoulders and the arms.
Relax the belly where we often hold tension,
And feel relaxation in your pelvis.
Coming back to the breath,
Always coming back to the breath.
If your mind is busy,
Focus on the sensation of the breath moving in and out of your body.
Give your busy mind a job to do.
And now I want to invite you into your possibilities,
Your potential.
A life that is vibrant and exciting,
That you would like to bring into being.
We'll do this together.
So first of all focus on your health,
Your mental health.
How would you like to be feeling?
How would you like to wake up each morning?
How would you like to face each day?
Let the feeling permeate you.
Without getting caught up in the hows,
Or the fact that the present is different,
Just allow yourself to dream this new possibility into being.
This new potential you.
And now your physical health.
How would you like to be caring for your body?
How would you like your body to feel?
Imagine ease and wellbeing in your physical body and also in your mind.
Your unique version of ease and wellbeing.
Now move your attention to your work.
Suspending what is.
Imagine how you would like your work to be.
How many days a week would you like to work?
How many hours a day?
Who would you like to be working with?
What kind of work lights you up?
Who are you passionate about helping?
What does it feel like to imagine yourself in this work?
Come back to the breath.
Come back to your heart space.
Notice if there's any sensation there.
Now moving on to relationships.
Whether you have a relationship or would like a relationship.
How would you like that relationship to be?
Again,
Don't trouble yourself with what is.
Imagine what you would like to create.
We want to dream our possibilities into being.
Imagine the type of intimacy you would like with your partner.
The support.
The companionship.
The care.
And the love.
What kind of friends do you invite into this new future?
How do they make you feel?
What do you do with them?
What are your values that you share with them?
How do you support one another in growth and in health?
Let your imagination create your desire.
It will be coming from your heart,
Not your head.
Your head is the processor.
If your head is questioning,
Just calm it.
Reassure it.
Encourage it that we're just engaging.
In an imaginative,
Powerful play.
To connect with yourself and discover what you want.
And in discovering,
Draw that reality towards you.
Turn your attention to your appearance.
How would you like that to be different?
Picture yourself in this new state.
Maybe you always have good hair.
Maybe you've lost a few kilos.
Maybe you've built some upper body strength.
Maybe you have smile lines.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it out.
Allow this possibility to come into your consciousness.
And finally,
Consider your flow of abundance.
This can come in many forms.
How would you like abundance to be flowing to you?
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
What treasures are winding their way towards you?
And how can you open your arms to receive them gracefully?
To receive all of the abundance which is yours and which is trying to come to you.
The love.
The money.
The opportunities.
The joy.
The adventure.
Come back to your breath.
Notice your heart space.
What sensation do you notice there?
We've created a destination for your life.
And I invite you to desire that destination.
To love it.
To become excited by it.
Without attachment.
Without the worry of how it's going to come to pass.
Simply desiring it.
Simply allowing yourself to dream it.
To get connected to it.
To feel the reality of it in your body.
As you allow yourself to use your imagination and create a possible reality.
You may notice expansive feelings in your chest.
You may notice your whole body tingling.
Your imagination can create a powerful effect on your reality.
Give yourself this gift regularly.
Repeat this meditation as often as you want.
Let yourself become truly connected to what you desire.
Allow your heart the liberty and the delight of desiring what you know will work for you.
Will excite you.
And will bring you joy.
Because when you do this,
You become a joy to be around.
You become a light for others in your life.
You become filled with possibility and potential.
You create a high frequency state within yourself.
And that impacts everybody around you.
Take a deep breath.
And enjoy the music.
Rest in this state for as long as you can.
