This meditation is an invitation into stillness,
Into the quiet space beneath thought,
Beneath expectation,
Beneath noise.
Here,
In this gentle pause,
We remember,
There is a voice that doesn't use words.
This voice is not loud.
It's not logical.
It whispers through sensation,
Intuition,
Breath,
And presence.
Today,
We listen.
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your breath begin to deepen.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Let's begin.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Let it drift slowly over your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your jaw.
Invite stillness.
Not silence,
But stillness.
Feel your neck and shoulders.
Have you been carrying tension,
Conversation,
Or mental noise here?
With each exhale,
Invite release.
Now,
Move your awareness into your chest,
Your ribs,
Your heart space.
Let the breath move like a wave.
Inhale and exhale.
Feel your body as a quiet listener.
Drop your awareness down into your belly,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your legs.
Let them be heavy,
Rooted.
Let the earth hold you while you rest into yourself.
Now,
Let Rumi's words echo inside of you.
There is a voice that doesn't use words.
Listen.
Repeat it inwardly,
Not as a task,
But as an opening.
This voice isn't found in thought.
It hums in the space between breaths.
It glows in the presence between plans.
It lives beneath the surface of doing and waits patiently for you to arrive.
Breathe and listen,
Not with your ears,
But with your body,
Your heart,
Your whole being.
Now,
Turn inward with gentle curiosity,
Reflecting on the questions.
Allow them to become a doorway.
Where in my life am I still filling the quiet too quickly?
Let that awareness come without judgment.
When was the last time I trusted a feeling,
Even if it didn't make sense?
What happened?
What might happen if I created more space to simply listen?
No answers,
No fixing,
Just listening.
What does that voiceless wisdom want me to know today?
Breathe and allow whatever arises.
Let these affirmations flow in like a soft current.
You don't need to repeat them perfectly.
Just let them settle.
I trust the quiet within me.
I am learning to hear the voice beneath my thoughts.
I don't need words to understand my truth.
I create space for my inner knowing to rise.
Let these words move through you like moonlight,
Subtle,
Steady,
Sacred.
Begin to return to your breath.
Feel it anchor you,
The steady inhale,
The gentle exhale,
The space in between.
Notice the sounds around you.
Notice the sensation of being in your body.
Notice what has softened,
What has opened.
Take one final full breath in.
And a slow grounding exhale.
And as your eyes begin to gently open,
Carry this knowing with you.
There's a voice within you that doesn't shout.
It doesn't rush.
It simply waits,
Quiet,
Loving,
Wise.
Listen.
