Let this be your evening exhale,

A moment to unwind,

Reset,

And drift into peaceful rest.

I invite you to find a quiet,

Comfortable place where you can fully relax.

Whether you choose to sit or lie down is completely up to you and whatever feels right for you in this moment.

Let your hands rest naturally,

Palms facing down to invoke a more grounding energy.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Filling your belly,

Ribs,

And chest with air.

Hold it for just a moment,

And then exhale completely,

Letting go of worry or unease.

Repeat this two more times,

Inhaling tranquility and exhaling the weight of the day.

This is your time,

A sacred pause to unwind and restore.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and bring your attention inward,

Tuning into the sensations of your body.

Begin to notice any areas of your body where you may feel a sense of clenching,

Tightness,

Or tension,

Perhaps your shoulders,

Jaw,

Or your hands.

Simply observe without judgment,

Just notice what is.

Now I invite you to take a deep,

Deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Imagine the weight of the day being completely eradicated.

Let go of any worries,

Stress,

Or niggling thoughts,

Picture them dissolving with each breath out,

And silently affirm,

I release what I no longer need.

Begin to feel the space you've created within yourself,

Light,

Open,

And at ease.

Now bring your attention to your natural breath,

Noticing its gentle rhythm.

Can you feel the coolness of the air as you inhale,

And the warmth as you exhale?

As we move through this practice,

Let your breath be an anchor,

Keeping you present in this moment.

If your mind begins to wander,

Which is completely normal,

Come back to your breath.

As your breath continues to anchor you,

Tune into your surroundings,

Notice the sounds around you,

Perhaps the quiet hum of the night,

Crickets chirping rhythmically,

Distant voices,

Or the hush of your own breath.

Feel the support beneath you,

Holding you effortlessly,

And silently affirm,

In this moment,

All is well.

Allow this awareness to bring you comfort and peace.

Begin to visualize yourself sinking deeper into relaxation.

Imagine yourself rooted in a deep,

Peaceful stillness,

Like a strong,

Ancient tree.

This grounding energy brings rest,

Renewal,

And profound peace.

Now,

Think of something that brought you gratitude today,

Big or small.

Let that feeling expand,

Filling you with warmth,

And silently affirm,

I end this day with peace and gratitude.

Imagine yourself drifting effortlessly into a deep,

Restorative sleep,

Your body fully at ease,

Your mind quiet and calm.

Take a final breath in,

Gathering all the peace you've cultivated,

Exhale slowly,

Settling into stillness.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your body.

Perhaps you wiggle your fingers or your toes,

Or if you're preparing for sleep,

Allow yourself to stay just as you are,

Melting into rest.

Thank yourself for this moment of self-care.

How will you weave this sense of peace into your evening?

Share your intention in the comments below.

I wish you a night of quiet joy and mindful moments.
