A grounding meditation for energy release and presence. Center your energy and allow yourself to release what is not serving you. Through a guided practice, allow yourself to be held gently whilst you release what you need to let go of.

Hello and welcome to this 10 minute guided meditation.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you through the next 10 minutes of stillness.

While we cultivate a practice of presence and energy release,

Start by getting yourself really comfortable either sitting on the floor or sitting on a chair with your feet connected to the ground or maybe you prefer to lie down whatever is most comfortable for you.

And allow yourself to just relax into the space that you're in.

Feel a moment of stillness as you notice your connection to the ground beneath you,

Whatever that may be.

Feel your body connecting to the ground,

Whether that's your feet,

Your legs or your back,

Connecting to the ground beneath you and notice how held you are,

How safe you are in this moment being held by the ground.

Allow yourself to just relax into the space and let's take a few deep breaths.

Take a big inhale in,

Feel your body expand and then feel yourself relax as you let your breath go.

Breathe in,

Feel that expansion in your body and breathe out as you release all the tension you've picked up throughout this day so far.

Take one more big breath in through your nose and sigh out through your mouth as you really release any tension that you're holding onto.

Come to a place of stillness now,

Your eyes closed,

Return back to your normal breath and just place some focus on your breath.

Notice your breath entering your body,

Expanding your belly and chest and notice it leave and just follow your breath in and out for a few minutes.

As vibrational magnetic beings we are so susceptible to the energy that is around us.

We so easily pick up on tensions around us and negative energies and we hold onto them like they're our own but they're not ours to hold onto.

We're allowed to let go.

Allow yourself the next 10 minutes to just be without any of that tension,

Put it to one side,

Whatever it is you may be going through,

Whether it's yours or someone else's.

Allow yourself the next 10 minutes to just be without it,

Put it to one side,

There's nothing you need to do right now.

This is 10 minutes of time for you.

So allow yourself to relax and just be.

Focus on your breath,

Feel your breath coming into your body and continue to relax as you breathe out.

Start to scan your body from your toes right up through your body to your chest,

Noticing any points of tension throughout your body.

When you feel that spot of tension just send your breath there.

As you breathe in just feel your breath going to that place where you feel tension and allow your exhale to really push out any energy that doesn't need to be there.

You're allowed to let it go.

As you move up your body just releasing all of those points of tension.

Slowly at each part just continue to keep relaxing and relaxing every single part of you.

Notice where you might be tensing your muscles or frowning or clenching your teeth and just allow everything to just relax.

You are safe,

You are protected,

You are held right now in this space.

So allow yourself to let go.

You don't need to hold on to this energy.

Allow any negative energy that isn't yours to just flow through you and remove it.

Do that however you need to if you feel like you need to move your body or you need to sigh or you need to cry.

However you need to let go of this energy just allow it to be released.

As you start to release this energy come back to your breath and just allow your breath to really just nourish you.

Really feel that nourishment from your breath going right through your body.

And if you get distracted that's absolutely fine.

Allow the distraction to come,

No judgement,

No pressure to do anything.

Just observe anything that comes into your mind,

Allow it to be and then gently just bring yourself back to your breath.

As you release all of this energy.

As you start to relax and release this energy start to notice the space that you are in,

Start to notice the ground beneath you.

How your body feels in this moment.

Notice the stillness of the room around you,

This present moment that you are in.

Allow yourself to be.

And if you need any support in finding that moment of presence repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am here now in this.

I am here now in this.

I am where I need to be.

I am here.

I am protected.

Now allow yourself for the next five minutes to just focus on your breath,

On the movement of your body.

Feel that connection to your body,

The way that your body expands and contracts,

The feel of your heartbeat.

Just notice your body for the next five minutes.

And then I will come back at the end and guide you out of this meditation practice.

Gently start to notice the room around you,

Start to notice what you can smell,

Maybe what you can hear and feel the presence of the room that you are in.

Gently start to move your body,

Stretch if you need to.

And then finally open your eyes and come back into the room.
