During this meditation, you will need to be seated. The intention is to use your breath and creative visualisation to reduce tension in your neck, shoulders and upper back. We will connect the energetic body to the physical body, in a metaphysical way. When you are aware of your inner stress and understand where it resides (neck and shoulders or jaw mostly) you can then visualise it as an energy, colour or similar. By using your mindful breath, you can sigh away a lot of the tension within.
