Good morning everybody.
Welcome to In the Flow where we get in the flow together and meditate.
So yeah,
Today's meditation is one that is going to be a complete body relaxing meditation.
Yay!
Don't we need that?
With all of this crazy weird energy happening,
We need a way,
The only way to get peace,
Right,
Is through meditation.
That's the way it is for me anyway.
That's my reality.
My reality is that meditation is my only vehicle to peace right now.
So that's how important meditation actually is.
Even if you sit for 10 minutes a day with your eyes closed concentrating on your breathing,
That is your 10 minutes first of all,
Number one.
It's your 10 minutes and it's your vehicle to peace.
So let's get ourselves comfortable and I have a beautiful relaxing meditation today.
Relaxing mentally,
Relaxing physically.
Perfect.
Very,
Very good.
All right,
So let's get ourselves comfy and let's take a nice long,
Very long deep,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Fill up your lungs and release.
I know I say this just about every day,
But I love that.
I love it so much we're going to do it again.
Let's take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
Very slow,
Filling up your lungs and release.
Right there is a moment of peace.
You find yourself throughout your day just needing a minute,
A deep breath in through your nose,
Not your mouth.
That can really,
Really do it for you.
So as we get ourselves comfortable,
Let's imagine ourselves standing in the grass.
Our feet nice and cool in the nice green cool grass.
Let's imagine roots growing out from the bottom of our feet.
As we ground ourselves to the earth,
Have the roots go deep into the earth.
And those roots start to draw in the beautiful energy from Mother Earth.
Let's allow that energy to come in through our feet and go throughout our entire body.
From our feet all the way up to our head,
Our neck,
Filling us up with that amazing Mother Earth energy.
Now I want you to imagine going to your favorite place to just sit and just be that place that only you know where it is,
Where you can sit in your own stillness and just be.
Imagine yourself there sitting in the stillness.
As we are getting comfortable sitting there in our minds and feeling that peace begin to waft over our body,
Let's open up our crown chakra just above our heads and allow in spirit energy from the universe.
And as that energy meets with the grounding energy from Mother Earth,
We feel that energy throughout our entire body mixing together allowing us to feel the peace from the universe.
Now let's call our attention to the very top of our heads.
Just imagine yourself relaxing every aspect of your face,
Your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your ears,
Allow yourself to feel that relaxation.
Move down to our necks.
Feel that relaxation resting of your neck as we continue moving down.
Notice our attention on our shoulders.
Resting the shoulders.
Relax the muscles.
Let's relax the muscles in our arms and our fingers.
And we move down to our torso.
Relaxing all the muscles.
Just feeling the peace.
And now we move down to our abdomen,
Our stomach.
Raise your attention on your stomach.
Relax your muscles.
As we move down further to our pelvis,
We relax all of those muscles.
And we move further down to our legs.
Our thighs and our knees and hips.
Relax every muscle in your legs,
In your ankles,
In your feet.
Place the attention and allow them to relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Let's bring our awareness back to ourselves,
Sitting in a chair.
Start to become aware of our surroundings again.
Knowing that this peace that you're feeling right now is absolutely attainable any time we need for it to be.
When you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
And how do you all feel?
I hope that everybody enjoyed today's meditation.
I want you all to know that peace is within our grasp and it's crazy.
It is crazy times right now.
So much happening in the world.
But just know that you can tap into that peace within whenever you need to.
It's there for you.
