It's a brand new day.

Look around you.

Notice everything.

The past is gone.

All things are being made new.

Old worries and fears have no power over you.

Release them.

Make a fresh start.

Begin to notice more.

Notice your thoughts.

Notice your feelings.

Notice your breath.

With every breath,

Feel more awake,

More alert,

More aware,

More alive.

As you pay attention to your breathing,

Notice the connection of your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit.

We live in an infinite universe.

At any given moment,

Anything can happen.

Allow the possibility for wondrous surprises.

Remember that everything in the universe is energy and vibration.

Your thoughts have energy and vibration.

You have the power to direct your thoughts.

Take a moment now to become aware of the thinker of your thoughts.

Your thoughts create a force.

This force is like a magnet.

What you think about will be drawn towards you.

Connect with the energy at the source of your being.

Remember your purpose.

Allow yourself to dream the grandest dream you have imagined for your life.

Remember the highest visions you have for yourself.

Know that these dreams and visions come from your true self.

As you remember,

Feel the energy within you flowing and growing stronger.

Allow your dreams and visions for yourself to become bigger,

Brighter,

Clearer,

More alive.

Take a breath and feel the flood of positive energy surrounding your vision.

Hold this vision of your true self as your guiding light.

Every day,

More and more,

You are becoming your true self.

Your thoughts are changing the energy in your mind and your body right now.

Be thankful for your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit.

Where your attention goes,

Energy flows.

Your energy is flowing in the direction of expressing your true self.

Become inspired by new ideas of what you can achieve.

Be amazed at life's infinite possibilities.

Your old habits are part of your old self-image,

The person you thought you were.

You are no longer that person.

You are creating a new life.

It's easy to make healthy choices because healthy is what you are.

Every day,

You are more in tune with your inner self.

Become aware of the energy within you.

Turn your attention now to the energy in your body.

It's easy to be in tune with your body.

The more you move your body,

The more you feel its natural rhythms.

It feels so good to move and stretch.

From now on,

You make time to move your body or exercise at least once a day,

Whether you feel like it or not.

Exercise isn't always easy,

But it doesn't have to be hard.

Think,

I can do this.

You can do it.

Whenever you exercise,

Your body rapidly responds.

Your workout time is powerful and efficient.

No more excuses.

You create time for exercise.

There is always much to be done,

And exercise helps you get things done better.

Every time you exercise,

You are investing in your own energy level.

Even a short workout is better than no workout.

You deserve to be fit and healthy.

When you exercise,

You connect with a source of infinite energy.

That energy is flowing within you now.

Your spirit is stronger than any obstacles you encounter in your life.

As you shape your body,

You shape your life.

You have the strength to achieve your dreams.

From now on,

You find ways to move your body during ordinary activities like watching TV or talking on the phone.

When you exercise and move your body,

It feels fantastic.

You are changing from the inside out.

From now on,

Whenever you hear these words,

They become more and more a part of your consciousness.

Whenever you encounter resistance,

Simply notice it without judgment.

From now on,

Making healthy choices becomes easier and easier because healthy is what you are.

Turn your attention now to the choices that you make each day.

You are in complete control of your thoughts,

Your words,

And your actions.

Pay attention to your words.

Remember to speak only words that express the truth of your being.

Your will is strong.

Become aware of the life energy in all food.

You are attracted to whole foods that supply your body with vital life energy.

From now on,

You pay full attention to what you eat,

When you eat,

And why you eat.

You remember to eat slowly,

Experiencing each taste,

Texture,

And flavor with your undivided attention.

Notice when you are hungry and when you are full.

You have a healthy relationship with food.

Throughout the day,

You feed your body intelligently with nutritious meals and healthy snacks.

You no longer use food to comfort your emotions.

Instead,

You tune in to your inner self and allow your spirit to guide you to what it really needs.

Remember that nothing tastes as good as a fit body feels.

You are no longer tempted by unhealthy foods.

You see clearly now that junk foods leave you undernourished and heavy laden.

Junk food is no longer appetizing.

From now on,

Processed,

Artificial foods taste like cardboard.

From now on,

You find it easy to say,

No thank you,

To foods that are not nutritious.

As you drink water,

It rinses away any toxins or excess negative energy from your body and leaves you feeling clean and refreshed.

Each and every sip of water quenches a deep thirst within you.

With every sip of water,

Your body feels more energized.

Cool,

Clean water and a deep,

Full breath washes away emotional stress.

Turning your attention to the present moment,

Notice everything.

Each and every time you listen to this program,

Your subconscious mind finds it easier and easier to accept these suggestions.

Your thoughts create a force.

This force is like a magnet.

What you think about will be drawn towards you.

Take a moment now to think about a time in the future,

A time where you have already achieved your goals.

Imagine yourself fully expressing all of your gifts and talents.

Know that this is indeed possible.

Imagine how good it will feel.

Allow yourself to experience those good feelings.

And now give thanks and celebrate because your positive thoughts are attracting positive energy.
