Welcome to this guided meditation to help you wake up your energy through your energy centers,
Ground and source from the earth,
And use energizing statements to focus on showing up fully for the day ahead or for whatever you're doing next.
All right,
We're going to begin this meditation either in a standing horse stance,
Which is feet planted firmly on the ground,
At least hip or shoulder distance apart,
Knees are soft,
Body is upright and yet in a relaxed posture,
Or you could be sitting in your chair with feet planted firmly on the ground,
Body upright in a nice tall line.
Bring your attention to the bottom of your feet.
Find the middle of each foot at the ball of your foot.
And I want you to imagine tap roots coming out from this place on your feet,
Opening and sending a connection down into the earth,
Allowing yourself to relax and breathe deeply now.
And as you let go and relax,
Breathing calmly,
Begin to create a sense of downward flow with each exhale.
Imagine yourself letting go and releasing any tension down and out through the bottom of your feet with every exhale.
Letting go of any tension in your neck or your shoulders,
In your face or your jaw,
Breathing it out and down.
And now letting go of any tension in the chest or the arms,
Breathing it out and down.
And now letting go of any tension in the stomach,
In the hips,
Breathing it out and letting it go down and out through your feet.
And now letting go of any tension in the pelvis,
The thighs,
Relaxing them,
Breathing any tension out and down through the feet.
And now releasing any tension in the calves and feet,
Breathing,
Exhaling it out and down into the earth.
Now if you like,
You can place your hands gently on the sides of your hips,
Down low,
And breathe deeply into your pelvis.
We're going to wake up the first chakra.
Breathe in through your pelvis and exhale down and out through your feet.
Inhale in through your pelvis and exhale down and out through the feet,
Releasing any tension as you exhale.
One more inhale and exhale here.
And as you breathe,
Affirm,
I am present to the needs of my body.
Moving your hands up to the sides of your waist,
And we're going to wake up your second chakra.
Breathe into just below your navel and exhale down and out through your feet.
Again,
Inhaling just below the navel and exhaling down and letting it flow out through the bottom of your feet,
Letting yourself release into the earth with each breath.
One more inhale and exhale here.
And as you breathe,
Affirm,
I am present to the happenings around me.
Moving your hands up to the sides of your ribcage,
If you like,
Waking up the third chakra.
Breathe into your solar plexus and exhale down and out through your feet.
Inhaling through and into the solar plexus and exhaling out and downward,
Letting go and releasing into the earth.
Another inhale and exhale here.
And as you breathe,
Affirm,
I engage with all that's around me in a centered way.
And now moving your hands up to rest of heart space,
Waking up fourth chakra.
Breathe into your heart space and then exhale and release down and out through your legs and feet.
Inhaling through your heart space,
Into your heart space and releasing,
Exhaling down and out through the feet,
Into the earth.
Another inhale and exhale here.
And as you breathe,
Affirm,
I listen to my heart throughout the day.
Now if you'd like,
Bring your hands up to the base of your throat.
Let's wake up fifth chakra.
Breathing into your throat and exhaling down and out through your body and through your feet.
Inhaling into your throat and through your throat and letting yourself release and exhale down and out through the feet,
Into the earth.
Another inhale and exhale here.
And as you breathe,
Affirm,
I speak honestly throughout my day.
And now if you'd like,
You can move your right hand and place it gently on your forehead.
Let's wake up the sixth chakra.
Breathe into your third eye and allow yourself to exhale down and out through your body and your legs and your feet.
Drawing breath in through the forehead and imagining yourself exhaling and releasing the breath all the way down through the trunk of the body,
Through the legs and out through the feet and into the earth.
One more inhale and exhale here.
And as you breathe,
Affirm,
I allow my intuition to support me throughout the day.
Now relax your arms down by your sides.
We're going to wake up the seventh chakra.
Bring your attention up above the crown of your head.
Imagine yourself inhaling your breath down through the area up above your head,
Through the crown of your head,
Down into your heart space and exhaling down and out through your body and feet.
Again,
Attention up to the crown of the head,
Inhaling and breathing breath down through the crown of your head,
Down to heart space,
Exhaling and releasing down through the legs and the feet into the earth.
Attention up to the crown of the head,
Inhaling and exhaling here and affirming,
I allow my divine connection to guide me throughout the day.
Now that we've woken up all the energy centers,
Let's align them through our breath.
Coming up to the crown of the head with the inhale,
We're going to draw the breath downward through the center of the body,
Through the middle of the head,
Through the middle of the throat,
Down to heart space.
When we get to heart space,
We exhale from here,
Down through the middle of the body,
Through the center,
Past the waist,
Through the hips,
Through the base of the spine,
Down into the earth through the feet.
And again,
Up to the crown of the head,
Imagining yourself coming down through the center of the spine,
Right through the column of the central column of the body,
Allowing the energy to flow down through the feet and into the earth.
Up to the crown of the head,
Inhaling,
Drawing energy down,
Getting to heart space,
Exhaling from here,
Downward through the column of that body,
And out through the feet.
And again,
Up to the crown of the head,
Breathing in,
Drawing energy down from up above,
Bringing it down into heart space as you inhale,
Exhaling and bringing that energy down through the legs,
Through the feet,
And releasing it into the earth.
Now,
If you like,
You can move your fingers and toes.
If you want to,
Give your body a nice stretch with arms up above the head.
